  • Air-Attack Summer Workout Test

    * (40 min Time Cap)
    4 Rounds of
    5 Handstand Push-ups
    10 Muscle-ups
    20 1-Leg Squats; alternate legs
    40 Double-Unders
    800 meter Run or Row
    * Watch entire video for ways to adjust the exercises for your abilities

    During the busy months of summer,
    Commit to learn or improve at some bodyweight
    Pressing, Pulling, Squatting, and Coordination exercises
    a.k.a. “BODYWEIGHT SKILL WORK”
    or ‘gymnastic” type exercises such as
    HandStand Push ups, Muscle-Ups, Pistol Squats, Double-Unders
    .
    Prioritize
    - RANGE OF MOTION
    (scale the movement as needed)
    then
    - REPETITION
    then
    - STRENGTH
    and finally,
    - SPEED
    .
