Saw them in toronto 1994,toronto had 3 shows that tour. I saw the 2nd show. By far the greatest concert ive ever seen. There's a few shots of the cameras scanning the crowd..and if you look close Barely anyone moves...everyone is completely transfixed and mesmerized (as i was as well) last thing ill add is that david gilmour is the only guitarist that can make me cry..he conveys emotion like no other guitarist on earth. R

Additionally...Jason was playing his dad's kit...Plant had contacted Jason and asked him to accompany them to the celebration, but Jason told him he would but he had a gig that very night...So that's why Jason is pointing his sticks at him and giving him that wide grin, the gotcha, mean while plant is giving him the pointed finger...you got me...

I was walking in between classes in high school when I heard of his helicopter crash. It was an incredible shock to everyone in my school and a very sad day for the world. I am truly thankful for the videos that were shot of him so his spirit can be passed on to the younger generation. I agree that Floyd is the pinnacle with one caveat: They are a genre unto themselves. Nobody does what they did. They created an entirely new category. The caveat is this: there is another band who created a whole new category that no one has ever been able to join, just like Floyd in their own category, and that is Steely Dan. They are Michaelangelos as well!
