Hi Oscar, thank you for the update. There is nothing unusual for this month of December 2024. As you have previously mentioned USCIS new policy is to have major forward movement in four quarters, namely: October, January, April, July and September of every year. For 2024 Fiscal Year, the Final Action (FA) for the Rest of the World (ROW) were as follows: (i) Dec 2023/Jan 2024, there was a forward movement from 15 July 2022 to 01 Nov 2022(almost 4 months forward movement); (ii) March/April 2024, there was another forward movement from 22 Nov 2022 to 15 Jan 2023 (almost 2 months forward movement); (iii) June/July 2024, there was a further forward movement from 15 Jan 2023 to 15 March 2023 ( 2 months forward movement); (iv) Sept/Oct 2023, there was no movement as the Final Action remained at 15 March 2023. We can only be hopeful that come January 2025 there is a forward movement.

i wanna ask you about my case, im eb3 category (i140). After I got a final approval on 14 march 2024, i didn't received any things . I thought i Will receive something like that ( case was sent to the department of state). Is that normal due to retrogression or what , and what Ganna do ??

But i dont think so if you are doing something other than what you have mentioned in ur eb2 niw endeavour will lead to cancellation of ur green card. They will not ask upon renewal of ur green card or if you decide to go for citizenship to show them the evidence that u were doing what u had mentioned in ur eb2 niw

Hi Oscar! My EB1A petition was approved, and I have been documentarily qualified since September 2024. Currently, there is a 16-18 month backlog for scheduling interviews at the embassy. Does the NVC consider expedite interview requests for employment-based cases if there are solid reasons?

Hi Oscar, one small detail I can't seem to confirm - once the I-140 is approved, is one able to enter the US (even though the green card process may not have begun yet?) Based on this video, it seems perhaps not (therefore making the expedited processing not worth it if your goal is to enter US asap)... Is my understanding correct? Hello Sir, I have been trying to get answer to these questions. I couldn’t find any forums which helped me with the following questions, I have an approved NIW sponsored by my employer. My I-140 has an NIW and petitioner as my employer. If I change my employer do I need to apply for my I-140 with my new employer? Can I still use the NIW from my previous employer though I change my employer? How is employer sponsored NIW different from Self sponsored NIW? I’m from India. If the NIW changes were to come and if I'm not with my current employer, will my I-140 be eligible? Is the government planning to prioritize NIW petitions? Thanks in advance!! Please help

What matters is the approval of the underlying petition. For me personally , I think they will still give approvals but with stricter guidelines. Isn’t that what you also said in your previous video ? I think visa bulletin might move faster with Trump just because denials will be higher against the demands.

Do you agree there might no applicants pending to file i485/ead till 1st Jan 2015 since eb3 dates rebounded ?? Or which applicants might be pending ?

Don't the US want talents with extraordinary ability or what? Why illegal immigration was always easier than hardworking legal immigration... I though the priority date is the date you file for the PERM , can you please confirm as you had mentioned is the date that you file for I140.

Can you tell me when it was so great ?. I remember when Biden was elected, there was so many talks that he is going to make so many changes. But nothing happened till now. Not even a executive order. So its better to keep expectation low.
