    16:11 Oscar, I think, one of the reasons for the inflation of the number petitions is that a lot of so called consultants have emerged who are not actually competent or qualified to craft the petitions and they are persuading more and more people to apply for EB2 NIW even if they are not eligible just to earn money for themselves and are not genuinely concerned about the applicants.

    Many people say that age plays a vital role in EB2. The USA does not need people over 50, considering that they will be retired soon and will not pay taxes to the Govt for a longer time. As soon as they retire, they will become the liability of the US government to spend thousands of dollars on them in their old age. How come if a person spends 50 years of age in another country and then lands in the USA to become a liability..... Need your comments, please? Do you have evidence of the successful cases in 50 or 55+, please?

    • @OscarsGreenCard
      @OscarsGreenCard  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I can't comment on perception issues. Based on the requirements, this is not true . I'm not in the officer's minds to know if this plays a role or not, but there's no evidence to back it up. In general, I see an overwhelming majority of young (or relatively young) professionals applying

    Are the Top 10 countries for approvals shown countries of origin or countries of current permanent residence of applicants? For example, if someone was born in country X but now lives in and are applying from country Y, which country appears on the top 10 list - X or Y? I would imagine it's X?
    As for the hike in USCIS fees, I could be wrong, but my guess is that for people who are applying for EB1 and EB2 NIW, the increase in USCIS fees is not going to be a factor as to whether they submit an application or not. Time will tell when stats for Q3 come out..

    Hi Oscar, must the recommendation letter have numbers to support your achievement. For instance, "the analysis done by the petitioner revealed X and after implementing the ideas based on his analysis, we have seen an increase of 10% in sales?". I mean is it enough to say the petitioner is well skilled citing the kind of task he has done or it is a must for the impact of the petitioner's work to be quantified? Basically, will approval be denied if impact is not quantified?

    • @Ehcufie
      @Ehcufie 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +10

      This isn’t true. There is no DEI quota for NIW approvals. Simply not true. I agree with the person that already replied. To start with, officers are not democrats...each one may have their political sentiment and position, but they are officers at the end of the day. While the administration can influence guidances and tranining of personnel, there is absolutely no indication that DEI principles are applied on these processes.
