Chaotic Lifestyle
The “chaos” is a big part of my life and whom I’ve become as it’s just one of those things that you enjoy as you adapt to it. The best way to put it is that it’s as natural as those who’ve lived in routine their entire lives.
At the end of the day, it can still change. Someone who may love routine may let go and try not planning anything and someone who loves chaos sees the value in routine.
I have no idea but it's part of the experience of finding your own personal ratio between the two.
(Side Note: The method to find goals when you don’t have any or have goals but feel stuck is the Blank Piece of Paper Method. I have a video on it and helped a bit to reorganize.)

Comparing and Contrasting
มุมมอง 1.2K2 หลายเดือนก่อน
In my opinion, we often compare ourselves to others and notice our differences consciously, which can actually be a positive thing. It helps us understand ourselves better and recognize what we want while being able to create a path to where you want to be. But if you aren't careful it can lead to negative thoughts, like "why am I so behind?". Ultimately, we all have our own advantages and disa...

No walk today and to be honest I'll probably redo this in the future with more example of "How I started" but for now this is a little background and a small push that may help. The main message behind this is that you already started, it's about taking one more step and if that step feels difficult understand why then that's your next new step. Stop overthinking it and if you need a push keep ...

Pessimism and Optimism

Your perspective is a choice. Down to the environment your in and the world perspective you have plays a role in the why. On the other hand, It doesn't have to be black and white or full of the backstabbing . Blank Piece of Paper Method and How It’s Going…
You are so looking ❤
What do you mean "nothing external"..? We're all amalgamations of our environment and experiences. The people around us and how they relate to or treat us, aids us in identifying ourselves. We're not like God; asserting "I Am who I Am" and knowing full and well what that means at all times from beginning to end. Your job, your education, partner, etc; though these things don't define us, they help us figure ourselves out at a given time in our lives.
Wouldn't all of these habits and small behaviours be the result of a process that has started when you were born? A feeling and thinking consciousness that has slowly absorbed and processed elements of what nature has gifted you and the environment provided, experiences that have made you feel and react to further condition the experiences that come alter. You, the real you is the deep emotional relationship to the ideas and feelings that drive your perception. These may be subject to change but they are all part of a mysterious process as you, coming into being.
I absolutely resonate with you, this. Iv always felt alone, even in relationships, especially in all human relationships..( after the initial excitement/), but not alone when it comes to animals, nature, plants, elementals etc, Iv never minded, except when under pressure from others, like you said.
❤Yo, tired of being chained to one spot? Google Fi’s got your back with badass, borderless connectivity. For $65 a month, you get unlimited data, calls, and texts in 200+ countries. No SIM swaps, just rock-solid coverage, anywhere, anytime.

Very genuine, gentle, authentic person. Love your energy dude.

Agents of chaos 🤝
I have an aversion to routine. I think it's tied to the fear of death because I know when my mind is on autopilot my life is passing more quickly than when I'm mentally engaged. But then I need a break sometimes
I reframed loneliness to solitude about a year ago, and it's been a game changer for me. Thanks for your videos, Karima!
You look like my sister, like if it was found out that you are a long lost sister of mine I would probably just accept it as true.
I am obsessed with composing music. I usually write uplifting songs. I just finished writing my second musical. I have to create, If I don’t, I start thinking too much.
There is a balance that needs to be attained between order and chaos. Our society seems to be too orderly, and will probably swing the other way. Of the two, too much order is the easier state to escape.
:)
Thanks alot for your nice video dear Karima. Wish you all the best dear...

Hey Sexy Gal, I’ve been down for a long time, but your methods are helping me get back on my feet. I’ve created personalized instructions inspired by your ideas for connecting ChatGPT to everything. I’m working on an income to implement them, and I truly appreciate your innovative, sincere assistance. ______________________ Here's a routine that may help with some of the things I'm dealing with so thank you for bringing this open. God Bless Your Tour ❤ Example: Morning Power-Up (6:00 AM - 7:00 AM): 6:00 AM - Stretch and Wake Up: Start with dynamic stretches like arm swings, leg lunges, and torso twists to wake up your body and mind. 6:15 AM - Bathroom Routine: Get fresh with a quick wash-up, brush your teeth, and shower. Mentally prepare yourself for a productive day. 6:30 AM - Hearty Breakfast: Have a high-protein meal, like eggs, nuts, or a balanced Indian breakfast with lentils. Fuel up for the day ahead. 6:45 AM - 5-Minute Day Trading: pre- -US-market quick session to review positions, make trades, and set up. Mid-Morning (7:00 AM - 12:00 PM): 7:00 AM - Power Walk: Start with a 15-20 minute brisk walk to get your energy flowing. Build up your walking distance over time, with the goal of boosting stamina and mental clarity. 8:00 AM - Dive into Learning: Spend 1-2 hours reading on topics that interest Stay focused on one or two subjects and take notes to solidify understanding. 10:00 AM - Money Moves: This is your time to plan and refine your sports betting or day trading strategy. Dedicate time to review data, trends, and strategies. 11:30 AM - Healthy Snack: Keep your energy high with a banana, honey, and graham crackers or another light, healthy option. Afternoon Surge (12:00 PM - 4:00 PM): 12:00 PM - Errands or Household Tasks: Use this time to run errands efficiently. Plan grocery shopping, laundry, or any quick tasks during low-traffic hours. 1:00 PM - Explore New Skills: Take this time to improve cooking, cleaning habits, or another skill you’ve been wanting to develop. Stay curious and motivated. 2:45 PM - 5-Minute Day Trading: end of -US-market session to set up your strategy and positions for the upcoming day. Late Afternoon Challenge (4:00 PM - 6:30 PM): 4:00 PM - Second Walk or Fitness Session: Go for a longer walk or light jog to keep your body active. If you’re feeling ambitious, explore joining a gym for more intense workouts. 5:00 PM - Clean Up Your Space: Take 30 minutes to tidy up and refresh your living space. A clean environment leads to a clear mind. Evening Cool-Down (6:30 PM - 10:00 PM): 6:30 PM - Calming Activities: Spend time reflecting, meditating, or planning for the next day. Stay centered and mentally unwind. 8:00 PM - TV or Hobbies: Engage in a TV show or hobby, but limit it to 1-1.5 hours to avoid overstimulation. 9:30 PM - Wind Down for Bed: Shut off electronics and set your alarm. Consider listening to calming music or nature sounds. 10:00 PM - Sleep: Be in bed, using melatonin if necessary, to get a full night’s rest and prepare for the next day. ❤ This eagles with the feeling of stability. Great clarity. I think I'm going to spend time this month on health that's affordable like Tumeric and DE, both heal & assist with lucid thoughts
I genuinely wish you well on your journey, hoping you return with fresh perspectives and new wisdom. I long to feel the warmth of your nature, embracing the beauty of your growth and the love you carry forward.

God I forgot how much I miss your videos. Im glad that your back Karima. I also have a hard time being comfertable. Everything I do has to have some meaning with a goal in mind. Im glad your having a good time traveling :)

Go on…
@@AlsoknownasBK ok i will go on there’s this underlying sense that something is missing, but it’s hard to say exactly what. it is not any one discrete object, like a collection of particles that add up more and more over time. Maybe it’s the layout or the overall vibe, but there seems to be a gap between what is and what could be. It almost feels like trying too hard, but at the same time, it doesn’t push far enough. It’s like being caught in the middle of a strange place that’s not bad, but not really memorable either. you wait for that moment when everything clicks, but it never quite gets there. it’s more of a feeling than something you can point to, but it stays put all the same.
