How I Started... (Kind of)
No walk today and to be honest I'll probably redo this in the future with more example of "How I started" but for now this is a little background and a small push that may help.
The main message behind this is that you already started, it's about taking one more step and if that step feels difficult understand why then that's your next new step. Stop overthinking it and if you need a push keep in mind of the person you can be if you did and the person you will be if you don't.
P.S.: I'm more of a writer than a talker so the message may not have been as clear as the description. I'm working on it though😅

    A lot of negative perception of solitude. Narcissism as a result of solitude? You mean the capability to not just go along with things you do not accept? It is strange to such definitions like narcissism thrown around this much nowadays without not many people seeming to know what it means. And nutritions... in what way eating, healthy eating or unhealthy eating is connected to solitude alone? Sadly there are good reasons to stay alone or have a very limited circle of friends. Having a lot of friends on the other hand is no guarantee to be not narcissistic, eat healthier or find hapiness and life. In the end it is you decision to chose solitude or to spend time with people. At least for most people.

    Who am I when I was asked, one night I had knowledge of self but I didn't know what those words meant. That night after my head got slammed into the vehicle window I remember getting back into the van happy. The man who initially slammed my head stating talking his knowledge of self his religion. I then could see light in his head like he had touched me. I began speaking a distant language turned my body head a the voice box created a.crack in space and their was a few seconds of light I controlled the light with a wu wu wu sound. Days, Later it was preached to me about having knowledge yourself. Thirty plus years of not knowing knowledge of self when there was light just call me Divine and depressed.

    The subconscious inner child represents the memories of one's childhood self before puberty. That subconscious inner child should not blindly follow anyone, not even a caretaker of an orphan in a music video, to ensure that intuition remains enabled. Intuition functions by patterns of truthful knowledge derived from reality by The Truth alone.

    Btw: My understanding of the story of "Jesus on the cross" is that is symbolizes all human suffering. Meaning: As a child you learn all sorts of dysfunctional ways of life and ideas about "who you are" and all of that. And this causes you to suffer, because the ideas are in conflict with reality. And after a period of suffering (which can be intense, or a slow lifelong burn), it dissolves the dysfunctional nonsense in your mind, and people report feeling "strangely free" afterwards. Or as it goes in the bible: "Born with sin, suffers on the cross, dies (the old ideas, old sense of self dies), and is resurrected as an enlightened being (New feeling of who you are)". Sounds like you had an experience like this, no?

You 're fine and awesome, not vulnerable, hope you have a happy and blessed day : D !

I started meditating and one of my favorite quotes is from a philosopher, “ if you are living with depression, you are living in the past, if you are living with anxiety, you are living in the future, one can only find peace when living in the moment.” I came out of homelessness because I never believed I was in a bad situation and I somehow managed. As I would say it: "Hearing" is taking inn reality in front of you while still thinking, judging, talking etc. yourself at the same time. "Listening" is simply taking in reality. Giving someone some conscious awareness. The lack of which is why they feel frustrated to begin with. And if you give some, then that state of mind will probably rub off on them, starts to bring out their own conscious awareness. And then life dont feel as serious anymore.

  • @user-dj8dq4tc3c
    @user-dj8dq4tc3c 10 วันที่ผ่านมา

    There is a quote by someone famous who says something along the same lines. Which is "It is by action, not words that we communicate most clearly". And that goes for communicating lots of things, but life-advice being one of those. And if you demonstrate something very valuable to someone, then they will ask you for advice. Because you clearly know your stuff, by example. And also we know that humans speak with great confidence about something that they heard on a podcast for example that they are trying to pass off as their own wisdom. Or humans lie all the time, is also an observation. So we all know really, that what someone says alone, aint worth much.

  • @user-dj8dq4tc3c
    @user-dj8dq4tc3c 10 วันที่ผ่านมา

    Spending lots of time alone, is only exhausting and only causes mental health problems, to the degree that you are unable to stop thinking. The reason many people generally try to surround themselves with continuous noise and distraction (surround themselves with people, smalltalk, music, tic-toc etc.) and medication (tobacco, junkfoods, alcohol etc.) is because they are are unable to quiet the thinking mind in their head. And they require continuous distraction from it. If that same human learns meditation, then you can easily spend 10 days in a completely featureless room without any electronics or books. Just sitting there, and feeling fully content (although this would be considered a high level of competency with meditation, but it is as possible as learning how to swim).

  • @user-dj8dq4tc3c
    @user-dj8dq4tc3c 10 วันที่ผ่านมา

    Habits are temporary doings, not beings. They change throughout your life, yet you have a feeling of continuity from birth until now. If you truly "were your habits", then someone else would start piloting your body, the moment you changed the habits. But this is not how it works. Habits are relatively superficial doings, and you can exchange them and be separated from them without much problem. But the one thing that is constant in life, is the feeling/experience of "I am" -consciousness itself. Which is who you are. You are, that you are. Notice that typically when someone says "He has changed a lot since last I saw him", then what they are referring to is most often the things he does. Not what he is at all. Its a common misunderstanding for humans, to think that they are the things they do. This misconception is so common that its built into most languages: "I am a doctor, wife, nervous person, republican etc.". All these things have to do with doings, and they change over the course of one`s life. They are relatively superficial. The reason the western world in general is so consumerist, is because people regularly identify with the objects they own, and derive their sense of value from them. "I am a Ferrari owner, I wear designer clothes from Milan". People make the mistake of thinking that they are the things they do, own and associate with (This includes thought-patterns, feelings, beliefs etc. They are all temporary doings). Its insanity, and common.

  • @user-dj8dq4tc3c
    @user-dj8dq4tc3c 10 วันที่ผ่านมา

    People seek those who have a similar amount of consciousness as themselves. Often called "How deep you are" (Which is not a constant, its a journey). And you appear to have more than average, so it wouldn't surprise me if you find few people who seem to "get you".
