- Thank you for watching! I hope you have learned a little about home renovations from this video and little about mental health.
Here are few things I have learned from renovating houses:
Everything can be learned
Slow progress is better than none
Look at your past to remind yourself of how you have progressed not as mistakes you wish could’ve avoided
Taking a break is a need, not a recommendation
Till next time!🤍
Let’s goooo the goat is back
I find this house flipping really interesting. This off beaten, independent path takes some courage, your parents are probably really nice :)
They are one of a kind😌
If you want financial independence I find fixing up and doing long term rentals is better than flips. The tax implications are much better. If you have a property manager, you can continue traveling and have cash flow indefinitely. Look up the BRRRR method. I did many projects but drywall looks too tedious
You are so amazing and awesome and so smart and very beautiful!!!!!! I am super proud of you!!!! It would be totally awesome if you came to kansas city and helped me build my new house!!!!!
Just keep going; You are becoming a polymath; that is a good thing; the only real learning is self learning. Keep a record of your progress. You will see the progress. Keep a journal; write down everything. If you ever apply for a patent, your records
Noted. I have tried keeping a daily journal but struggled with consistency so I moved to writing down key moments, lessons I have learned, and other random notes.
Don't worry about consistency; just the act of writing it down stimulates your mind and gets you thinking about your tasks and progress.
@@AlsoknownasBK One other note: Some days and weeks will not be productive , BUT : what seems like wasted time actually contributes to knowledge. The jar cap that takes 3 tries to remove has always been loosening; it just isn"t apparent.
you're dang cute
