It sounds like even though the adventure didn't quite succeed as planned, you still learned from the whole situation, which is good. That is the point behind going into business for yourself: not knowing how your market will react to your product or service.
In any case, keep trying and don't give up. You will figure out something that works for you sometime in the future. I wish you the best of luck and much success.

If I might make a suggestion (and maybe you are already doing this), keep a journal of your work; You will realize you are making progress and it will give you a basis for further work. When I taught computer programming, I always had my class create a project to be presented to the class at the end of the semester. It would be perfect if every project came out exactly as hoped for, but this wasn't the ultimate goal. Just about everyone who ever created a project did excellent work; I think everyone involved realized how much is involved in creating software. Questions I always had for the presenters were: What lessons did you learn? What worked? What didn't work? What would you do differently? Keep creating and stay curious! 😄

Most businesses fail in 5 years. Unfortunately in today's economic climate it is very hard to start a successful business unless you truly can find a niche that hasn't been exploited(good luck since there are 100's of millions of other people look for it too).
Life is about learning and you seem to be on the correct path. Try to learn as much as you can and try not to say "I don't like that". e.g., programming is extremely useful. It can increase your productivity 1000's fold. E.g., when you can write a few lines of code to parse or aggregate something rather than having to do it by hand it can do something in minutes or seconds which might take hours or days. It also teaches you how to think better because programming = logic = math.
You have a logical mind so you could pick up programming pretty easily. It's basically just IF this THEN that and you just have to learn to translate your ideas into the programming language and that takes time. Programming is typically very isolated though so since you feel so alone it probably is not something you would feel comfortable doing for those reasons. [Also programming is so much easier to learn now than it ever was]
You don't have to learn anything all at once. If you take *consistent* bite size pieces over time you will get it done. The way the brain works is that you condition yourself through repetition. it is the repetition that matters. You have to be consistent else you forget. So sticking with something is the key to success. Time + Effort = Success. Don't look at things short term. Look at them long term. e.g., I started playing Trumpet. Not because I wanted to be good or wanted to do it quick... but just to learn it more and more. At first it was very difficult but it got easier and easier then I stopped because I reached my goal of being able to do it well enough that I felt good about it. Then I moved to learning other things. I probably should still practice more but I wanted to learn other things such as how the stock market really worked. That takes time. But I still can play the Trumpet which I never could have done if I didn't try. Because I didn't put a time line on it then it didn't matter how long it too and that takes the stress of of trying to be "successful" or compare to others. I might suck at Trumpet but I'm still better than 99% of humans ;) (and I probably actually learned faster than most people that learn the Trumpet)

Cool! Taxes and fees - eating away at profits like an aggressive acid! Stay with it...your gaining experience and making progress. The AI learning "generator" sounds like a sound idea; the problem with all software (even AI) is that a hue amount of time is spent, and of course, that isn't generating profit. I've been writing code 40 years, and it IS a real challenge, regardless of the language or platform.

Congrats on the sell ;) Making profit on trades in 99% cases is buying cheap, not selling high. To buy cheap, you need to be on the lookout for occasions. So you trade your time that you spend on the "hunt" for low offers. You can use notifications about searches and items, but still, you need to be alert during the day, because good offers sell quickly. Part of it is haggling and buying items in sets. Also it's important to be knowledgeable about the items you trade, so you are able to judge value and discern if something is realistic or just a scam. I like the idea of AI aiding in learning. I would like the AI to also guide in a way that dynamically adjust difficulty and keep the engagement high. What's the story about the house renovation? It keeps appearing in your vids :D

Thank you😌 I did look into stocks and then trading, at one point. I remember enjoying the process of researching the details but I stopped because it was a highrisk for high reward situation and got scared. I may be wrong and should look at it again. Some people have said it's better to use it as an investment strategy instead making all your money from that. Do you have a different experience?

@@AlsoknownasBK I've meant trading items, like PC parts or whatever you are knowledgeable about, in response to you buying some furniture ;) As for investing - I also think that the "gambling" approach to it is dangerous. Rich people invest, but they also are in the know about the direction of the market or they have a fuck you money that shapes it. Then professional investors are not gamblers, they are educated and have a skill and experience.
