I have slowly been studying this and took a break from it, but I loved your explanation! This randomly showed on my recommended and glad I watched it, I just subscribed.
I have a habt of overworking but I love creating things, however, my past injuries have a funny way of reminding me that I need to relax. So I meditate and in my dreams I come up with more things to make 😆 I’ve been taking walks in order to balance it out, I see it as a way to use energy but I don’t see it as work, so in a way I’m relaxing. Idk if that makes sense, people I know usually don’t understand what I’m saying, but I no longer let it bother me
They say the best ideas come in peace. Meditation is a skill in my opinion 😄 It's wonderful that you've managed to find ways to 'breathe' and relax by doing something you enjoy😁😌 Nature has a unique way of telling you to be present.
@@AlsoknownasBK Very true, I’ve noticed the difference in my paintings ever since I started and it feels like I go in a meditative state even when I paint. It almost feels like my hands are moving on their own and find myself changing the painting as I continue.
Reminds me of the time I got into the habit of lifting weights & when from fatigue I dropped the water I poured for myself I subconsciously decided to start drinking from glass shards
Only been subbed to you for a short while, but i've appreciated every bit of it. I really resonated with your recent video about music, as a musician myself. Point is, i really appreciate these videos, and i hope you keep making them.
Btw: My understanding of the story of "Jesus on the cross" is that is symbolizes all human suffering. Meaning: As a child you learn all sorts of dysfunctional ways of life and ideas about "who you are" and all of that. And this causes you to suffer, because the ideas are in conflict with reality. And after a period of suffering (which can be intense, or a slow lifelong burn), it dissolves the dysfunctional nonsense in your mind, and people report feeling "strangely free" afterwards. Or as it goes in the bible: "Born with sin, suffers on the cross, dies (the old ideas, old sense of self dies), and is resurrected as an enlightened being (New feeling of who you are)". Sounds like you had an experience like this, no?
I'm glad to see these popping up, I like these
I try hard to be positive but it ain't always easy
Thank you for everything.
Thank you for those beautiful insights, Karima.
