yeah I also like that about youtube, that it can help you get to know people more on a personal level. Just dont ever let the hate ever get to you but i doubt you'd get any u seem cool.

You should write a script before you make a video. Your thoughts are disjointed. Is your native language English? At least create an outline. Topic, clear concise speaking points, transitional statements and closure. I hope this helps.
hell nah, it's not for everybody she just started, let her try out her thing the spontaneous way of talking attracts many, especially female audience personally I like this way of presenting ideas, just genuine and spontaneous without a hell ton of preparation
