Love the wood and brass inlay beautiful job. I also loved the original handles, were they Bakelite ?? For me the handles are too big and just too much of a good thing. It’s not criticism just a personal observation. Looks like Sonny was having a great time too. I think the doggy will miss him when you leave. Not to mention family👏👏👏🤞🤞🫶🫶

Gorgeous color. Loved the refinish. Just a little busy with the competing metals, imo. Personally I would have loved the brass with wooden pulls. Great video and adorable lil man as always, just love his giggle😊

I really like the original (?) handles even though they kinda look like penne pasta to me. Ummm... pasta! 😋 Anyway, I read some comments saying "too much hardware" and I'm not sure how I feel about it. So... I'm going to defer to the experts on this one. After all, I'm a "Lunch Lady" who thought that the old handles looked like pasta. Thanks for the video, Cole it turned out lovely. I hope that you and the Fam are having the best time. This "labor of love" is going straight into my Must Watch folder! It answers so many questions I have about sad 'n sorry furn saved from the side of the road and destined for restoration to former glory. Only one problem: How do you not KEEP IT for your own home? As I work I hear these lovely old pieces telling me stories about the history they've seen, and it hurts to part with them!

I was a huge fan of this makeover until you put those label holders and drawer pulls on. The piece looked very high end and those drawer pulls and label holders are definitely not high end. The brass strips are beautiful but they disappear with those ugly pulls, etc on. So on this one (and so far it’s the only one) I’m going to have it a thumbs down. Sorry.

I was hoping you were going to split the drawers in half to make ten drawers as architect cabinets usually have very shallow drawers. A lot more work making extra bottoms and side runners. But a very nice job.
