And if I am around here. I have an RS 50 Racing, the older one I think 2007. The engine revs just fine and it's got good pressure. But right when I shift 1 and start releasing the clutch right when the engine is in load, it immediately dies. It barely runs on a flat land on 1st gear. Any idea of what ti can be?

For the restricted version of the Aprilia RS 125 at 11 kW, would you also use the K 21, or is the K 57 better suited for the restricted version?

I have also had people stopping to check if i'm ok when I had standing on the roadside for adjusting carbs! It's a good thing of course, there is still some hope for humanity :) And I have been taught for about 30 years that you count needle position from bottom and up, and I think it says the same in Dellorto's documentation. So it's a good thing that you wrote that you count from top so people cant get confused. I'm currently fixing a friends RS and this video was interesting for me to get some settings to start of with. But I live in sweden so climate differs a bit I think. But the bike has gone from undrivable to be pretty much as yours is in this video. Last 125cc 2-stroke I drove was a RD125 many years ago, so testing the RS was fun. Biggest difference is no doubt the handling and brakes! It's like night and day :) No wobble and sway here :)

My experience with the RS is when people change from a stock exhaust to a full system, they don’t rejet the bike. Standard jetting is usually rich and needs to be that size for the very restricted stock exhaust. Once a free flowing full system is put on, the main jet should be stepped down a size or two and your problem should be solved

Any chance you can provide measurements of the fork bushings? AF1 Racing is telling me they should be changed with the form maintenance but they have been discontinued in North America. I see they are still available in Europe but cost about 5x normal now. I am looking for aftermarket replacements but need the measurements.
