Tommy Greetings from Australia. Thanks for your comment. These bikes and parts are becoming very rare now. Sadly the restoration is slow because of sourcing parts… Hope you join me on the next video. Tom
Hi Spooney. Sorry for the delay with the Aprilia Videos. I promise to make more. I have been waiting for 5 weeks on parts for my next video. Reason being “global shortages” Let’s hope it won’t be too much longer. Thanks for the comment Tom
@@tomdidit4216 no i have a rs 125 thats how i found ur channel helpped alot even tho it aint starting lol (edit: today it started after cleaning the carb thanks to ur video)
Always fancied a CRM myself one day. I found your channel as I began my RS125 restoration and picked up loads of tips from the videos. I have built large capacity 4 stroke bikes including a turbo gsxr for years but wanted a change so picked up the RS. I absolutely love it and it's already a favourite in my garage. Cheers 👍🇬🇧
Hi there. Thanks for your comment. Good to hear you also maintain/restore bikes. I’ve never owned a 4 stroke😀👍 Glad to hear my RS videos are of some use. I’ve not finished updating my RS. The RS video uploads are slow as I’m waiting on parts delivery! As for the CRM, my suggestion is go carful. I’m learning many important parts are discontinued… Still awaiting advice from the engineer regarding my cylinder damage.
Hi Tom Fortunately the engine is in capable hands now. That cylinder needs a new Jacket. I hoop you find one, ore maybe have one made and omit the nicacil to save some money?
Hello there Jaap. Thanks for the comment as usual. I agree with you. I’m currently waiting on the engineers advise on what to do🤞. PS. I’m still making videos on the RS125. Just parts delivery is sooooo slow! Cheers
Shame on the top end and frame but more rewarding when this is fully restored :-) I highly recommend considering an ultrasonic cleaner, i use it for nearly all my bike parts. I would advise if you do purchase one, double the size you intend to buy as I they are lot smaller then they look in photos plus they are so good at cleaning you put everything in them ;-)
Hi R&D. Thanks for the comment as usual👍 The cylinder was shocking. The seller ripped me off! Anyway. The bike is in good hands now and we will save it from the scrap heap. An ultrasonic cleaner is on my list. I was going to get a small on, but now I’ll get a bigger one thanks to your advice. Thanks again mate Cheers
Sorry for the bad news.. I love these bikes and the revolutionary AR-system. Wish I could buy one in Sweden ✌️
Tommy

Again a quality video Tom. I hope you can get the parts pretty easy.
I'm currently restoring another RS125.
Cheers pal.
What year is the 125?
How’s that RS250 of yours?
@@tomdidit4216 one RS125 is from 2002 en my other RS125 (the one I'm restoring) is from 1999.
The RS250 is a rocket ship mate, its incredibly fast
Awesome! 👍
Wonderful, I really enjoyed your job .fantastic 🔥🍷🍷
Cheers pal👍
Hey mate. Recently lost the radiator overflow cap to my ‘99 crm, just wondering if you have a spare kicking around I could buy off of you?
Thanks
Is it possible to light a Honda CRM 250 with a Chinese electronic ?
Hi there.
I’m not really sure of the quality to be honest. I haven’t read good reviews about the Chinese stuff. Sorry I can’t help here.
Tom
Hello, what did you do with cylinder?
Hello there. I managed to get it honed to usable condition.
What were is it?
Hi Andreas
The bike is still being restored. My apologies for the delay.
