initially i was enlighten by the results of this channels, but eventually it's getting more and more ridiculous that many of the food that people took without much issues all the time started to post really bad blood sugar spikes but i don't notice a pattern of people getting diabetes by eating lotsa that food, in particular oats, rice and whole meal bread. and then the slow walking test explained it all, you're not supposed to eat and sit down doing nothing, if you do some activity following those foods, it would bring down the blood sugar to a sustainable level, sometimes it's not the food alone, inactivity is the bigger factor

With that much protien one could add a protien pancake or waffle. They have some made from some decent ingredients nowadays.

The hemp hearts have the fats as well. Isn't it the fat (not the protein) that helps keep the blood sugar from spiking so much?

again, the calories don't mean anything: does it raise insulin or not, is all that matters. Example: 100 calories of icecream will raise insulin, 100 calories of meat won't. Now are you in ketosis or not? You are either burning fat or sugar, no other options. In ketosis you will loose weight regardless of calories as long as there are not carbs !! So 10 000 calories of meat = weightloss. Take the same food when you are burning sugar = weight gain. So calories is not enough information: what calories and are you kesosis or not is what is important !

When you overeat protein, which you're doing, your body coverts all that excess to FAT and stores it. Keto is very low carb, low protein, high fat. It's the high fat that produces the ketones for your body to run on instead of sugar.
Or skip the carbs. Make your own good stuff.
