    All I do is have a tablespoon of vinegar in a standard size glass of warm water 20-30 minutes before I eat pasta, rice or pizza and it does the same thing. More power to you for wanting to help people by producing easy to take supplements though.

    Dude, Thank you so much for your advise. I have type 2 diabetes. It started when I was 64 and my a1c level was 11.8 at the beginning of 2019. My a1c level has been hovering around 6.4 while on medication for 4 years. However with walking and being aware of what foods to stay away from has sent my a1c level to 5.8🤯🥳🥳🥳🎉🎉

    Could you try an experiment where you use just the apple cider vinegar capsules and another with the same meal but with actual apple cider vinegar? Or maybe an experiment where you use both supplements, then eat the same meal the next day with only the berberine. I have heard that apple cider vinegar in capsule form isn't as effective as using regular ACV, but if this supplement works just as well then I would be open to trying it.

    I stopped all fruit and honey,except coconut water on really hot days. This has curbed my sugar addiction for the most part. I do eat sweet peppers, onions, carrots, potatoes, mushrooms and Ezekiel bread for my carbs. I sautee the sweet peppers and onions a bit longer to bring out the sugars.

    Learning tons from your videos. Thank you for no-frills commentaries. I am pre-diabetes A1C 6.4. Also serious IBS that led to full-length Diastatis Recti with hernia. I was told to go on Low Fodmap and Prediabetes diet. Seeing deitition this week. I am 71yrs 126lbs and vegetarian. I am having to learn to cook and shop all over again. Biggest struggle....getting protein without increasing calories with a very limited approved food list. Currently, doing finger prick glucous tracking 7x day. My insurance won't cover the arm tracker. Now, between meals my blood sugar goes sub-normal. 3 meals a day is forcing me to consume 300+ cal per meal which has increased my daily calories by 200 calories over my previous 5 small meals and never felt hungry. Feeling a little frustrated, but know I HAVE to do this. It will get easier I am sure.

    I have a question i was told this to day any one eles can explain this why i was told this thanks .Yes you can kick it with a routine switch and can pull through fairly quickly... Work your way up to a liter of lemon water and honey every morning to start the day then your fruit smoothie consisting of banana, orange, berries (wild blueberries) spirulina, barley grass juice powder and Atlantic dulse seaweed plus celantro if you can. And large salad for lunch each day with lime and maple syrup dressing. Keep the fats and proteins out as long as you in can and dial back your intake of nuts and seeds or cut them if possible. Put steamed spuds with your salad if it's not appetizing or you want more bulk.

    • @karynstouffer3562
      @karynstouffer3562 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      This, what you're describing, is not a logical blood glucose control method. You're saying that you were told to not have protein or healthy fats. They are absolutely vital for a person with blood glucose problems.
      The "diet" guidelines you described sound more like something that would be suggested for a person who needs to lose a great deal of weight, very quickly, to try to prevent something like a heart attack or stroke.
      That severity of calorie cutting is not healthy for a person who does not need to lose weight, and has blood glucose control difficulties.
      Protein is necessary.
      Healthy fats are necessary.
      Sugar (in the form of honey) is not necessary, and will not fill you up, or keep you from getting ravenously hungry. Not at all.

      Gotta say, I was skeptical. So I tried 1T ACV before a meal & it’s amazing. SIGNIFICANT decrease after a meal-tried same meal without/without like this channel does.
      When diagnosed my A1C was 14.0+. I said I wanted to be well-er not medicated. Not all doctors are on that page, if fact they fought me-medication is their training & incentive 🥴.
      I started learning about metabolism, how the body actually works, making small changes as I learned. Found an amazing MD who is integrative medicine, it’s been slow but steady as my body heals from a lifetime of bad food & sitting too much.
      And, gotta say, American Diabetes Association recommendations don’t work for many people. (Lot of research funded by pharmaceutical companies). In the beginning, I tried several oral medications, which nearly killed me (not exaggerating-I’ve spent almost a year healing from that damage).
      My body wouldn’t process ANY carbs at 1st without massive spike-even 4 blueberries & it went up to 300. I’ve had to experiment with food as well, & ACV makes a HUGE difference. As do supplement regimen, including Berberine.

    • @casandralindell9484
      @casandralindell9484 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

      In the first 6 months of diagnosis, trying medications to bring glucose down nearly killed me. My goal was to use meds just to get my glucose down as I figured out how to heal my metabolism & get off the meds through nutrition. 3 different doctors insisted I HAD to have an injectable, no help at all in learning how to be well-er. So I started experimenting to find out what/how my body metabolized food.
      Finally found an integrative medicine doctor who said, “You can heal your body but it takes longer, probably at least a year before you see things turn around.” He was right-at about a year of working with him, my #s suddenly started regulating. Learned everything I could about how the body works, nutrition, gut health. I went cold turkey off the meds a year ago & have spent several months healing from the damage. The “recommended” diet for diabetes doesn’t work for a lot of people.
      Anyway, all that to say yes, do your own research. I thought it was too good to be true but ACV is amazing & really does significantly decrease glucose levels. As I’ve followed good nutrition & only natural foods, my entire metabolism is regulating.
      Using nutrition to be well-er…cutting edge & also a return to what humans have always known!
