As far as I know, and I'm not saying that it works, today, many exploits have been patched except; -The captain vault on Rapier Cay (sometimes the skeletons do not appear). -The accumulation of barrels in FOTD in wave 13. -And the glitch with the Ashen Athena's Fortune Voyage, where you change missions until you get Fecher's Rest, Flinthook Peninsula, and Ruby's fall in the same mission, complete until going to the final chapter on Devil's thirst, so when you vote the mission again you only have to swap between two islands; devils and Ashen reaches. It's been a while since I tested these glitches and if I'm wrong I would like to be corrected, good video.
I did the ashen Athena rotation successfully on the 8th (by that I mean I had to only go between 2 islands for first chapter, then dug up the Athena at devil's thirst and when I voted there I had to only go between 2 islands again) Could it be possible that they patched jt one day later?
Doing the vestige of power now. No issue. As long as you use the wild rose dive first then go to rapier before starting the quest. Kill skellies after the first dig on the map and collect what they drop. Rinse and repeat.
Instead of pulling your sword and dash and then climb the ladder just use the harpoon and you have a highway to and from your boat, just pile up the trinkets and when you see a ship or want to leave collect them seems more efficient to me
@@archpolecat5218..I think he’s referring to just using the harpoon as a walkway instead of sword dashing and climbing up every single time. Small efficiency change, just shaves a few seconds off each run which can add up over time.
I think the original has only been partially patched because me and my friend did it on the island east of dagger tooth And we stacked about 50 vestiges
I have been doing the rapier vestige on and this one for the past week, my opinion is vestige is still more worth it, I average 120k for ab 35-45 min and 300k gold rush with vestige and the ashen version i was only avg ab 80k and 200 gold, the amount of npc that spawn along with volcanoes and the fact the quest doesnt start at flames end compared to rapier’s guaranteed spawn come into play
so it was kinda working for a lil bit but then the skeletons stopped spawning then after trying 10 times they started spawning again and got like 3 trinkets every 5/6 voyages i did
@@archpolecat5218 Verified this works on Cursed Water Shores! Park on the east side of the island at the edge of the shallows. The nearest volcano is directly west and while ash and world enders may hit the west side of the island, they will not hit the east or your ship. Phantoms may spawn along with ocean crawlers on this island which just means you get gems. If you park at a good angle, you can use a cannon on the crawlers. I was getting about an 80% hit on the Ashen Captain Vault voyage. Have fun.

A lot of people, including myself, are having problems where the skeletons don't spawn. I don't think it's a patch I think it's a glitch but either way it makes it hard to keep that one reliable
@@archpolecat5218I’m new to sea of thieves got the game a week ago unlocked captains vault over the weekend and have since been grinding the rapier got myself to lvl 50, I had one session on second day where I didn’t have skeles spawn but excluding that single time have had 100% success rate while getting about 30 vestiges of power every 30 mins, still pretty reliable and o always make 4.1k with em 5

@@archpolecat5218I did it about 2 days ago so idk if it got patched. You need 2 people, you wote up merchant. One person go to the merchant to the furthest point where you can interact with the npc( so the furthest point where the buttons come up) Then go to the commodoties tab and the other person throw you with a bulderbomb. After he knocks you away you can buy every cheap commodoties (we usually only buy those) After this you should get all of the commodoties and harpoon it to your ship. And now if you go back you notice that you can still huy every commodities again. So if you do the blunderbomb thing you can easily stack forever. Some tipps we usally spawn and loot as many blunderbomb from the island as we can, whether its from the outpost or the ship. Then we scuttle so we get more blunderbombs. The best ship in our opinion is the brig cuz its fast you can sail with 2 people and guves more blunderbomb. Idk if it got patched but i hope it didnt so please let me know if you tried it. If you buy every cheap boxes it gives you with a grade 5 flag 1500 each and you buy 10 box each time you do it so its about 15000 each time you take it away and blunderbomb it. But it has huge potential if you do it many times cuz it takes like 15 minutes to stack 10*10(which is about 150k) (Also we run into some issues where after like 30 stack we couldnt take it from the merchant so we had the crash the game and then it worked but you should sell like after 15 or 20 ) If you need anything @me or dm me❤

Unfortunately Sea Of Thieves ruthlessly hunts my accounts so I can't make these videos so I have to hide all account info like exact gold amount and current level in each faction. Trust me I know it doesn't look go at the beginning either.

Okay, i think i deffinitely found something. I'm playing rn and was trying to get an ashen lost shipment voyage done. I found out that if the route is from plunder outpost to morrow's peak outpost, then you can stand at a single point between those outposts and have an increased chance for only the merchant manifest book to spawn next to you every time you vote the same voyage. This happened to me 3 times. Now i'm trying to get it to work again but i think i can't. The certain point is pretty much in the middle of crow's nest fortress, mutineer rock and cutlass cay. Anyone please tell me if they can replicate this.
So I went for it a couple days ago. I did manage to replicate the results to a certain extent - I got the floating revered manifest at the exact same spot (I even anchored and didn't have to move the harpoon between books). But to get it I had to restart the quest maybe 50ish time per manifest, I don't think it's consistent like the old merchant cargo exploit where u had to restart an exact certain amount of time to get the same shipment. Another weird perk - you can have wrecks spawn at you even extremely close to each other. These typically have manifests in them. If you just keep spamming the run like 30 times at once (vote up & down constantly, with macro it's about 2-3sec per rr) then you should have at least one wreck extremely close to where you're at without having to move the ship at all. Apparently the ships don't disappear for a few minutes after you cancel the voyage. A weird thing that I did find out was, if you have ships nearby and u land on a run that spawns a floating manifest (with the big swarm) then the wrecks disappear, it didn't matter that much because u might have lost the wrecks and rr some more but then as I said u can have the book at harpoon range so that's like a few seconds to pickup. Another thing - Later on I noticed that a floating key sinks when u cancel the vouyage. I don't know if that's the case with the floating manifest but it might be and it'd explain why I didn't get it as consistently as you, because I might've lost some to the sea. The best way to replicate it is go to the center point you mentioned (Crow's/Mutineer/Cutlass) and restart the quest until a floating manifest spawns, anchor your ship with direct harpoon range to the manifest, and keep going as I said & farm the wrecks. The wrecks are more consistent than the floating one.
Galleons grave merchant is one that is coming out tomorrow but I hadn't seen any videos on it or gotten to test it yet so I didn't know it was a known exploit. What is the Mermaids hideout one? Also people were having problems getting skeletons to spawn on rapier cay sometimes

The sea dogs rest vestige of power exploit still works, as of 2 days ago, but you have to kill the skellies before picking up the map piece.

vestiges of power are also less valuable and less common than magma's grails, they're about 3.5k with emissary, this version is way way faster

Maybe that is so but you can also make this much better with a crew of some people on island and some stay on ship

Yes you can do this for reaper's however it will not give you the same amount of levels as it will into gold hoarder
nothing will ever beat the merchant cargo exploit and cursed chest cheese.
