Actually, people like us can’t control the amount of lactase our body produces to break down lactose anymore than your body simply can… soon for all you know, your body can just stop producing enough lactase in order for you to break down your beloved milk products whenever it wants to because sometimes that happens too, and there is nothing you can freakin do about it.

This is just hype lol. If you run a lot, you probably eat clif bars because you burn it up in a single workout. It has more complex carbs which are harder to digest because they’re designed to sustain your muscles with energy while you workout. The sugar is much needed when you run. If you’re looking for a high protein snack while you’re lifting weights at the gym, then don’t eat something designed for running/hiking. Clif bars are clutch.

6'6 at 16 and my parents are 6'2 5'6. Genetics matter but a lot is lifestyle like nutrition, sleep and working out. I also sprinted alot when I was younger idk if that helped alot but it increases testosterone atleast
