- At the end of the week we have been high jumping then going straight to a 400m workout. Will and l discus how the workout went and what we expect to come from these types of workouts... Big PRS (2:11).

We have been working extremely hard since August and it would be awesome if you could subscribe and like the video to follow along!
After a Sunday rest day the group came back strong on Monday with an epic hurdle workout (4:53). Contrary to the video, we actually throw and then hurdle afterwards and as usual we end the day with a lift.
