    Great video, thanks for that. I was a distance runner for my entire 4 years of running track in high school up until this year where I’ve been struggling with plantar fasciitis for over a year now. My coach put me in the pentathlon and I actually ended up doing good, getting 2nd in the county meet. (Btw my name is Matt flood) so I just found it funny that we had the same last name. But anyway great vid and good luck in your future
