Thanks for enjoying these noodle eateries , as like my noodles on the chewier texture. I notice after a take-out, the noodles becomes soggy and soft; Maybe, it depends on the type and quality of noodles? Have you trued hand-cut noodles?

I love thin crust pizza, good to know. Most pizzas are very “doughy”! This is how pizzas are made in Italy, fresh ingredients and do good. They use the 00 flour which gives it a nice chewy texture ! Thanks fir show-casing all these awesome eateries in Oahu.

Aloha Misty: You found an awesome food truck meal. This is the first time I have seen such a gourmet lechon plate from a food truck. I must say the hamburger steak and chicken wings look great. Pricing looks great for such great, and generous, portions. I hope Alden got to enjoy some the great food. The food of this truck beats the taco truck in my neighborhood - 😁! Great video! That style of ahi is called "Tataki" sashimi. It's briefly seared on the outside and raw (sashimi) on the inside, and they usually use a light and refreshing sauce, like lemon or yuzu-citrus ponzu.

Oh Misty! Hui! You find the gem once again! Vinegar (different way)fries and chicken, YUM! And da lechon (crunchy skin)and chili peppa and onions...can't go wrong plus grape tomatoes! That gravy nice and dark! No fillers in the patty, please! Great foodtruck grinds hidden away in Pearl City!
