So the .035 wire is just better than the .030. Wished I'd known....only bought the .030 with my little toy welder. So all that spatter is normal for the .030 wire. If I got the gas hooked up would that stop all the spatter?

I have same impact with detent, only fault I have with it is just a little wear snd sockets get next to impossible to get off. Usually have to use a small screwdriver or pick to get them off by pushing detent in.

Those wheels are garbage.

You can get a mini portable one in the nail polish isle of Walmart

I have mine filled with IPA (isopropyl alcohol) and use it to clean my tig rods.

They copied nail polish remover bottles and made it industrial.

Just like anything else HF, wait for the coupons. I bought one for like 200 ~ 215. My lifted truck is 7,000 lbs. And this thing lifts it fine. My only complaint is, it drops down QUICK. So, even the manual tells you to turn it only half way to lower. But, as soon as you even turn it 1/4 inch, it immediately starts coming down. Everything else is perfect. Rolls like butter, jacking it up is great with double pumps, all in 1 system as pictured, etc....

This is a godsend when you're trying to clean something and don't want to knock the container over or don't want to over use

Neighbor has the Titanium, worked great for application (winch plate on frame of atv) and have used it to pull multiple things out and myself since with the welds holding and no sign of giving. Also, my first time welding MIG so there is that (a grinder and paint makes me the welder I aint)
