Changing polarity makes you able to weld stainless steel with the flux core process. Just check the polarity on stainless flux core wires. You need to change from ground positive to ground negative. Changing polarity changes the amount of electrical force into the gun ore the workpiece. You always have to make sure, you read and follow the instructions of the welding wire factory. Otherwise you might think, the product doesn`t work well and it isn`t your fault...... Just my two cents. Your videos are good and a great help to beginners. Greetings.
@@DeathTollRacing I don`t say, you are wrong. With my little 130 Amp flux core machine and "EG308L T0-3" wire, i can weld barely 4mm stainless steel. I`d say, 3mm is more on the safe side. You need to run a lot of amps. I give that to you. But if you have to do it all the time, you might sell your little machine and switch to a 180 amp flux core welder. It`s 300 Dollars. You don`t need the best machine, because you don`t run blue flames for long. So you don`t have to care about duty cycle. To me, running a "side hustle" business at the weekends out of a little car trailer and beeing able to work outside in the field at any working conditions is worth it. Sport boat guys always want stuff out of stainless steel. I have to work in all weather conditions and my workshop is a foldable pavillon. It`s a tent and i place it, where the work is. So the flux core process was a game changer to me. I take a lot of time to learn it, because it helps me out there in the field. There are positives and negatives to any aspect in any field. I`ve had to buy 8 welding helmets to get the right one for me. Unboxing videos won`t help your eyes.... I`ve spent a lot of money into my shop, before i`ve realized, it`s much easier to work at the customers place. Fireball tools are better, than the best welding table out there. Everything is a learning curve and there is no right, or wrong. Thanks for your Videos. Mike

These small welders can't run the stainless wire. I've tried, but they just won't run hot enough for it.

Impressive!
Just ordered it from Amazon for $98
What!?!? Right on!!!
I think if you’d have given points for color, this welder could have won by leaps and bounds.
True!
When is the exhaust video?!
@@pongstatus7268 Soon! It's been nuts around here...
@DeathTollRacing How heavy was the breaker you were running it off of with the 12 gauge extension cord?
20a. I was waiting for the cord to melt, but it never seemed to get warm.
