[Title] | 15 Minutes of Positivity with Oli Mittermaier (xx/xx/24)
*************************
If you want to feel better, less anxious, less depressed and generally more positive... then you need to activate the parts of your nervous system that allow you to feel these subjective states of being, again and again. WE ARE WHAT WE REPEATEDLY DO! The more we activate those parts that allow us to feel mindful, grateful, forgiving, kind, etc. the easier it becomes to live from that place.
This is called self-directed positive neuroplasticity.
In this daily 15 Minutes of Positivity (15+) practice group, hosted by our co-founder Oli Mittermaier, MS, we spend the first five minutes learning and exploring, and then the rest of the time putting it into action with guided reflection. It’s the perfect balance of practicality, neuroscience, and self-care, designed to build a sustainable foundation for your well-being.
Please join us for live sessions held every Monday - Friday at 12 PST.

When the Apollo astronauts launched themselves towards the moon the saw planet earth as a round, blue marble. Everyone and everything was contained in this beautiful, little blue orb that they could see through their tiny spaceship window. This is called the “Overview Effect” and it is relevant to our mindfulness practice. Learn how in this session. If you want to feel better, less anxious, les...

“When you arise in the morning think of what a precious privilege it is to be alive, to breathe, to think, to enjoy, to love.” This is a quote by Roman Emperor Marcus Aurelius. มุมมอง 1014 วันที่ผ่านมา
We all have blind spots. Literally. Our eyes are constantly adjusting and flickering in order to enable our brain to provide us a “full” picture. The truth is, our brains do the same - constantly filling in the gaps of our limited perceptions. Becoming aware of these cognitive blind spots is a really useful skill to develop. If you want to feel better, less anxious, less depressed and generally...
