- When we practice meditating we activate certain parts of our brain. The more we activate these parts that are involved attention and awareness, the better our brain becomes at performing those tasks. With enough practice, we eventually 'become' more attentive, aware and mindful.

If you want to feel better, less anxious, less depressed and generally more positive... then you need to activate the parts of your nervous system that allow you to feel these subjective states of being, again and again. WE ARE WHAT WE REPEATEDLY DO! The more we activate those parts that allow us to feel mindful, grateful, forgiving, kind, etc. the easier it becomes to live from that place.
This is called self-directed positive neuroplasticity.
In this daily 15 Minutes of Positivity (15+) practice group, hosted by our co-founder Oli Mittermaier, MS, we spend the first five minutes learning and exploring, and then the rest of the time putting it into action with guided reflection. It’s the perfect balance of practicality, neuroscience, and self-care, designed to build a sustainable foundation for your well-being.
Please join us for live sessions held every Monday - Friday at 12 PST.
