- This 🔎Attention Training Tuesday, we discussed the fact that whatever we focus our attention on is what manifests as our reality. Rather than letting our internal and external environments control our attention, we tried to thoughtfully direct our focus towards objects of our choosing. The more we practice this, the more our brains rewire to support this process!
15 Minutes of Positivity (15+) is a daily practice group hosted by our co-founder Oli Mittermaier, MS.
