- This 💪 Resilient Wednesday, we focused on the importance of breath - specifically, how it is impossible for any other distractions to creep in when we are fully focused on inhaling, holding, and exhaling. Then, we reviewed two different breathing exercises: physiological sighing and box breathing.
15 Minutes of Positivity (15+) is a daily practice group hosted by our co-founder Oli Mittermaier, MS. We spend the first five minutes learning a “neurohabit” then the rest of the time putting it into action with guided reflection.
