We are what we repeatedly do. The more we activate those parts that allow us to feel mindful, grateful, forgiving, kind, etc. the easier it become to live from that place. This is called self-directed positive neuroplasticity.
    In this daily 15 Minutes of Positivity (15+) practice group, hosted by our co-founder Oli Mittermaier, MS, we spend the first five minutes learning and exploring, and then the rest of the time putting it into action with guided reflection.
