I want to thank you for these videos. I am retiring at the end of 2024 and plan to go for training as an inspector. This is really good information.

Smart people want to make dead sure what the salesperson has said is really true. So they will always get an inspection. Smart money never takes anything without checking everything out first. That's an inspection. Enough said.

Ive already purchased, but due to mold allergies, i would love an annual inspection. Is that possible? And where do i look?

The definition of insanity is making a giant hole in the side of an RV an expecting it to retain it's structual integrity without a massive engineered support system.

Hard to believe that RV dealer would be misleading :) Also Pierre, wood and water, boats were built using wood back in 2500 BC, no problem:). On a serious note, Nexus claims that their class C's are 72% safer due to the use of high straight low alloy steel. Safer for what? the sewer dump hose. I have asked them how they came up with this claim, do they have crash data, CAD, data, what supports this. They won't say.

Why didn’t you figure out that the gushing water from the toilet is the bidet? Regarding the Nexus, those holes are part of the fresh air system that will flush the air out front to back as you drive. Let’s call it the ram air system. Regarding the Nexus 30 R that’s a new two year old RV. You have to remember that those folks are using metric years so it is a current model. The big surprise is a Thor without major issues. Guess they have to sneak one out like that on occasion. Fun video guys.

C4BO, guess we won’t be leaving anytime in any of these! PDI=POS in a lot of cases, inspectors must be blind or need some thick glasses! I remember seeing all of these units.

Strange how the one thing that is always done perfectly, is those 1970's era "supergraphics" applied so neatly on the outside, huh?

Might be worth using a FLIR camera to look for electrical hot spots and insulation leaks or wet coring.

What if everyone who took delivery just moved on board? And then stayed at the dealership, without moving, or moving right up front, and staying there until the dealership fixed everything?
