Brinkley doesn't brag. Their customers do! You call that better? That drawer is perma f****d, so is that slide. Good luck finding crap like that in a Brinkley. Just saying. Alliance makes a decent product but definitely not in the same league as Brinkley. Grand Design is junk.
Been binge watching your videos and you guys are awesome. !! I have not seen a better inspection done by anyone else. When I am ready to buy my rv , you guys are my first and only choice for the inspection process. Thank you for all you do. 👍👍
C4BO as y’all know I purchased a 2023 382RK and I have enjoyed it had an awning cover come off a motor, called them and they sent another. You two are absolutely the best and I appreciate your channel! That’s an ally gator makes you a family member!
Good job! Guys, that one was a good example that even new units can have issues, Also is a good example of not to buy a show unit or one that's been on the lot any amount of time because you get all that abuse from people slamming doors, opening things and pulling on them, I have bought 3 new fifthwheels so far, ordered them all for this reason alone to not have some of this stuff be a issue. But for sure my next one I will be getting a Inspection done on it!!! Thanks to this channel and opening my eyes up! Thanks Team OX!!!!
I was looking at a Brinkley until I watched your review today and you mentioned that Brinkley workers are piece workers not hourly- is that the same for Alliance employees 🤔
In the Towable industry, it is a standard. The difference will come from the intent of higher management being more involved, and their presence on the floor plant from what we can observe.
@@blueoxontherun9188 I too have a question on that cable slide. I've seen other youtube inspectors say to run away from those. They are problematic, and need constant adjustment. Keep in mind I have never owned a camper with a slide so i have no experience with this, just going by these youtube videos. thanks.
C4BO! Is that slide roller issue a deal breaker, or is it fixable? Love the full body paint. what is the cost of that, and do they do a better job of sealing, fit and finish for full body pain units? Great videos, thank you both!
IMHO the roller should easily be shimed so it would support Their consistency with sealant is remarkable and consistent. Once in awhile one will slip 😉
Thanks for your work. Alliance, Brinkley and ATC are lead candidates for our next full time rig. Disappointing that you glossed over/downplayed the slide cutout not straight and roller not supporting the slide room -- a clear and direct manufacturing flaw. What happens after 3 years, road bounce and est 500 cycles of slide in/out? Does the frame superstructure bend (no) or the slide room bend and settle onto all supporting rollers? Slide room floor bend affects the slide room upright walls. This mfg defect will be a slide issue in the future.
Unfortunately, some of what you found may be the result of heavy traffic coming thru at the RV show and not on Alliance. Clearly, other things (slide, stain, misplaced screw) fall on them.
Really … Sadly you don’t mention the worthiness “WIRE Slide out mechanism” That Matters! They were t with the cheapest slideout system Why? If that fails the entire slideout can fall out.
Never buy show rv, all rv fail be prepared for lot of heartaches had 5 motorhomes it doesn't matter what you pay 100,000 or 300,000 once they have your money they do not care. Only way to own is if you go to rv school so you can repair it yourself. Alliance are junk.
I have to disagree with your remark, I bought a slightly used 2023 Alliance Paradigm 382RK and it’s been great so far. I’m a guy who knows these things can have issues and accept that, I will say with the two issues I had they answered the phones and helped me with those issues. I guess everyone has an opinion so it’s all good!
The difference I always seen with Alliance is the will and open communication they keep with their customers after the sales. In our everyday experience, they are the only one that reacts instantly instead of waiting for a threat to do so! Transparency is phenomenal at Alliance. We lived it first hand and still have customers relaying that feeling to us constantly. They are doing the right thing! I respect your opinion, yet lets keep an eye on them to see how they will probably overcome the market in a near future IMHO
Alliance is doing good Just ah little more Attention to Fit and Finish And Keeping an Open communication with their customers is key 😎🍻
Great help.
Thanks
Glad you had a good one!
It's nice once in awhile 😌
Very nice to see RV pass inspection! It’s amazing how Grand Design and Brinkley brag about their RVs but Alliance does a better job

Why do people always mention Brinkley in these alliance vids? Not even close to comparable. Alliance/ grand design sure
You are absolutely right!
It seems that people who tend to brag 🙄 might hide signs of insecurity maybe?
Great video!!! Loved it. Its going over to Facebook!
Thanks Mel 😘
Wow - finally a decent rig!
@@debl9957 It was beautiful!
Was impressed with that 5th wheel layout. Thanks for showing what few flaws it had, but overall it was a good one.
So far, in our experience, they have been the most consistent in production and quality than anyone else out there.

Great video on a great unit.
Thanks Mr Tom 😊
great video as usual.
Thanks 😊
Good to see some RV manufacturer is doing things right
Right??

Are you ok with cable operated slide? Was there a leak under the sink?
No problem with cables at all IMHO.
Ended up no leak was found either 😁

They are easy to fix and as reliable, or not, as schwintek system.
Both, for me, are equivalent and have even pros and cons if you talk to a tech.

I will ask Alliance directly actually...I'll let you know.
I think if one would shim the roller, it might be fine??
Them grandkids part Gremlin? Seems like there's a new one every other episode? Better keep'em away from the water. lol
Did it have a cement pad mattress ? Just saying
Hell yeah 🤣
So in your opinion what size truck would you suggest to pull that beast?
1 ton dually will do the trick
Was the bedroom floor creaking every time you walked across it?
Not on this one 😉
And if you have one of them, they are pretty easy to solve from the basement access FYI 😉

Totally agree
Nice unit, too rich for my blood though.😢
Manufacturing needs no excuse manufacture has to fully complete job
Right??
