I always love to take time to listen to the elderly people and share some stories . I think Bob has only a few years on me . I remember when I was 4 years old , back in the day there was horse and buggy delivering milk to the houses , also the Ironhorse was around at the time as well . Oh shit , I think I just gave away my age . Thx again for sharing your vedios , you two has help out millions of people and we all love you for doing that . Please keep up the good work . If I was 40 years younger I would join your Blue Ox team .
As long as they forgive my "candor," we are going to move forward. We go there as potential or future owners' eyes...a lot is at stake for them. They seem to appreciate all our come backs. Future will tell right?
Bob Tiffin is a legend in the RV industry and I enjoyed this personal video with him. In his day, he firmly believed in producing high quality coaches and taking care of his customers.....and I believe that the family members that are running the company today are looking to continue that tradition. I am glad to see that Bob is doing well in his "golden years".
With all due respect, Liz is all about Drama and views...you're encouraging her vice by applauding her narrative. She could do that with cars, boats, appliances, houses and all the everyday things you and I consume... She specifically told all of you watching, making sure to "subscribe" and follow till the end ( that's how you make money on YT ) " I'm doing this for you "...😉 right!! Like an accident on a highway...everyone slows down to see an arm or a head rolling on the pavement!!! Why?? Human nature. Loving to see other people's misery! Definitely not the way to help consumers, after the fact...just creating chaos in an industry that don't react quickly and definitely not by threats IMHO and experience dealing with manufacturers on a monthly base.
@@blueoxontherun9188 nonsense. Liz deals with real owners of problematic RVs and motor homes for which the manufacturers have not properly attended to. These are not made up problems. Cars and the rest of your list have consumer protections that RVs do not. That is one of a few fundamental problems in the industry. No lemon law for RV. There would not be drama if the manufacturers actually designed, and built quality products that they were effectively backing up with their warranty. The record demonstrates that too many are not. Liz highlights that and actually participates in resolving the issues. Liz, contrary to what you present here, works behind the scene to provide the manufacturer / dealer the opportunity to address the deficiencies. If they do so, she highlights the good response. If they do not she highlights the improper response. There is a role in the industry for both proactive inspections as well as post purchase consumer support. Since the state AG offices are not equipped to do the job, the private sector has stepped up. In fact in every major city there are non governmental consumer advocates for when manufacturers and or dealers involving those listed items have problems that are being ignored. I certainly do not begrudge Liz or your own business for marketing the YT channel. It takes time and effort to create the content that clearly subscribers and viewers want. "Chaos in an industry that does not react quickly" is an understatement. Ignoring owners, unprofessional fixes, pencil whipping or fraudulent PDIs, months to address significant problems on RVs that owners live in full time. It is outrageous how the industry as a whole has behaved. I strongly disagree with your last statement above. Your new relationship with Tiffin highlights in fact one of the problems. Why in the world would a manufacturer not know how to inspect their own product before it is released to the public? The problem is that they have not hired, trained and/or effectively motivated their own builders and inspectors. Paying you does not change those fundamentals. It serves as a feel good bandaid and a kiss on the boo - boo.
I appreciate and respect your comment yet some of us are going to the source to help change the fundamentals instead of preying on people's situation to get views...that's the inherent difference between our content. We're promoting a constructive service with a solution instead of creating sensationalism for views
It's unfortunate that Tiffin and Newmar both sold out......I understand why .....just unfortunate. They were last of the large family owned RV manufacturers that offered a great product and truly went above and beyond for their customers. Change.....the one thing that remains constant
They did sell to Thor Industries, which is nothing more than a holding company/bank for a large number of RV manufacturers. (Jayco, Airstream, Entegra, etc.). They provide the funds and the budget for each of these companies to operate but Thor Industries itself does not produce any RV. If you were referring to Thor Motor Coach (TMC), that is unzipping a different pair of pants. While TMC is owned by Thor Industries, TMC is completely separate from Tiffin and has no influence on Tiffin's operations.
@robertroth287 thank you for explaining that to people...there's this misconception in the industry about holding companies name being associated with production or quality 🙄 It's like Liz "saving all those people" and getting them "buybacks"...people really don't have a clue how many consumers are getting " buybacks" without her or my help. I'm digressing lol 😆 Happy wife happy life right?!
@@blueoxontherun9188 those holding companies are not involved itn eh day to day, but they still require a certain bottom line which impacts the day to day.
Meet Bob quite a few times what a Gentleman and cares about his customers 😊
Always enjoy Mr Bob. It would be great to sit around the campfire shooting the breeze with him.

Thanks for sharing your experiences 🙏
I can tell you're about sixty with almost 15 years experience right? 🤣
Love you guys and Tiffin, glad you help show what's needed in the rv industry! Hope Pierre gave good suggestions suggestions

Cool interview! C4BO
Interesting interview.Thanks!
C4B0 Awesome ❤❤❤❤❤
C4B0…Amazing video with Bob! You guys really have a Top Notch channel and Inspection company!!
We appreciate 🙏 your compliment.
I didn't even know Tiffin existed until you guys told me
Liz Amazing YT channel has a couple of vids on poorly-constructed Tiffin rigs. I'll believe it when I see it regarding increased QC from Tiffin :/

Looks like she's helping RV buyers who've been sold lemons. She's helped eight buyers get buybacks. Not bad.
