These videos prove the point, GET AN INSPECTION of whatever your thinking of buying, new or used. Thanks for showing us what could be found. We love Tucson in the winter.
I would say to the RV sales person , if you want a deposit , you just have to Waite for RV inspectors to inspect the RV . If the sales person say no to that , I would walk away to another RV dealership . I don't need to hear the wife to say I told you to get a inspection , the nagging at the camp site would never stop and the nightmare would continue . Happy Holidays to guys and family
We just came back from Florida Monday. In AZ for the winter with Endorsed workshop to deliver more quality inspector to protect our people. Have a great show.
I would never buy a new camper. There are plenty of barely used campers available and it's always best to let someone else deal with the initial depreciation hit and with the initial problems.
well alright now look at you two looking all fit and slim trim!.. -xoxo weerrkkk xoxo- and yes when i save & get my RV i will be calling for an appointment first lol
The RV industry, despite its general homage to improving quality, generally relies on the dealer to find and fix quality defects rather than fix this shit before it leaves. The dealer, on the other hand, has no incentive to do this and usually assigns the least experienced tech to do the PDI. The tech gets paid by the piece and has no motivation to do a thorough inspection. As such, the industry and dealerships have created the environment to support the need for an independent inspector.
These types of dealers have learned that there is always a fool out there that will buy these pieces of junk, no matter how bad they are. The only solution is a better educated buyer. That happens in New Zealand, Australia, Germany, the UK and a few more European countries, but the US is a dumbed-down country.
@@blueoxontherun9188 2 of my friends went out and bought Heartland 5th wheel campers a few years back, it is sickening the horrendous quality issues they have endured. 2 winters ago down in Bullhead City, Az. where we winter they both had me over numerous times to fix some pretty substantial issues, and the issues are ongoing. Good thing you guys are on the job trying to save customers from miles of heartache.
Setting up our Brand to protect consumers from these corrupt practices and glitter boxes aiming to get away without accountability. Trust me, we are making an impact already. Some dealership have banned us from going to their facility claiming we are "to thorough " with our inspection process 🤣. Smart buyers are reaching out and inquiring who and where 😉.
You couldn't pay me to take an RV mfg'd after 2020! This is the typical crap the mass produced RV industry is putting out. Sadly this info is not getting out to first time buyers and they are getting fleeced.
@@blueoxontherun9188 You guys are doing a fine job by reporting what you find. However the old adage...."you can lead a horse to water, but not make him drink" comes to mind. In this day with information so readily available it's just foolish not to take advantage of it.
I'm shocked to always see so many broken 5th wheels, not sure why you people keep buying these Units, they are not designed to be pulled down the highway. Move it to a hunting property or a place on a lake and leave it.
People do not research these products. They just trust what they see and impressed by the glitter and shiny objects. Once they've purchased, then they do their research because of all the issues at hand. They think this is like a car manufacturer 🙄. I would love to see our videos viewed by newbies, before they went out shopping.
I don't know why these people hire you guys to inspect their RV. I mean, what a waste of money! General RV says right on their website, "RVs undergo a rigorous 6-stage, 400-point inspection by our trained technicians before heading to our Supercenters and then to you. So you can shop with confidence knowing that you’re covered." 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Apparently, they somehow found 400 things to inspect, but never found any of the things you looked at. Just think how bad it was before they fixed all that other stuff they found. I'd like to see a copy of their inspection report! Hey, I found an outline showing the six stages of their inspection: 1. Smoke cigarette. 2. Drink cup of coffee. 3. BS with coworker. 4. Check in on on phone with OnlyFans. 5. Visit RV bathroom to pee. 6. Watch RV TV, but give after spending 45 minutes looking for the remote control. File generic copy of RV inspection report with boss.

Right!! You need to protect yourself 🙄
Great job as usual. Thanks for what you are doing for the RV community. 👍👍
Your 😊 welcome 🙏
We appreciate you
Great job as usual. I just left you a voicemail. I want to do an interview with you on my channel. It'll be fun.
Would love to see them on your channel…people need to know this stuff! Still sooooo many ignorant (uninformed) buyers. 😊
You guys should be paid no matter what...customer needed you. Dealer is a piece of...
Some are really shady! Even some of whom you wouldn't thought 🙄...trust me!

Right back at you 😁
Nobody likes the nagging right 🤣
As long as we keep buying their Junk they’ll keep building their Junk!
PS I hope to see you’s at the Tampa 2025 RV Show

Agree with you; if dealership isn't accommodating, then take your money elsewhere.
Couldn't give me a New RV....any class.....any brand. Mine is 10 years old...... meticulously maintained.... and still looks and performs Great.
Yes They are responsible for returning the deposit and they should pay For the inspection
Why, why, why do folks leave a deposit BEFORE an inspection?????
At least make it REFUNDABLE right?

Just a quick question - What's a "descrtiption"? (9:46) lol
@@AWOLlcdrpeterson 😜I did it on purpose, hoping someone would notice 🤣you win the boobie prize😜
@@blueoxontherun9188 Sweet! I always win the best prizes! lol
Dealer should refund your fee to the customer...but won't!
I don't know what's worse, the quality of some of these new RV's or the dealers that sell them. Bandits!
I'm having the same question🤔
Forest River no. ATC Toy Hauler Trailer Yes. Costs more but not really after what this Forest River Dump would cost you after 2 years.
I'm with you with ATC. They are real structured to haul. If they can get fancier insides for the women POV they would own the market.
Exactly. The Living Vehicle, (Check it out) is an ATC with everything. Something in between would make the Ladies happy.
Customer should demand their money back and move on

No way I would buy that junk!

Ignorance is a common trait for sure in this country 🙄
All you had to say was Heartland, and my neck hair stood on end. I hope the customers ran away.
We had another Endorsed team going to another dealership, same unit and model, same customer, same quality 🙄.
They ended up buying another brand...
