I love Perry Homes, but they need to throw sliders in their models now. Those are almost a must now. Kitchen cabinet colors as well. White doesn’t pop like the natural brown, greens, blues etc. to keep up with new trends. However, I love the video and the models you chose. One stories for the win!

Great video. Currently building a 45fter in the highlands. Wish they had a 50 or 55. I like the layout of the spec home the most and the huge covered patio of the 70ft i believe it was. I'm out of state and building with Perry has been a smooth process. Out of all the builders I've seen, i believe Perry knows how to maximize the spaces & they use quality materials.

My favorite Perry plan is the 2944.

we have a perry. they gave us 2 years warranty. we love our home!!!!

Perry was king in early 2000s 5,6,7k sq ft. They don’t build them like they used to but perry still nice.

I purchased a DR Horton home in Midland, TX back in 2021. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to monitor the construction of my home because I was working remotely in Houston during Covid. I had only 2 issues with my home, and unfortunately they were major. One was structural where the joints in the roof were not secure on the truss and i sustained cracking in my ceiling in the middle of the home. The second was that they didn't lay the pipe in my home properly and my toilets, showers, and tubs constantly backed up on me. Even with my warranty the issue wasn't fixed and the warranty department kept sending the trades and low rating plumbing companies to take a look at my plumbing. Then I relayed that my third party plumber said that it was a design issue, i was told that since the inspector approved the design, then i needed to talk to the city. I went to the city and they were going to charge me over 3K just to dig up concrete to investigate the issue. If it hadn't been for the fact that I was relocating, I would have had to pay 3K. If purchasing any home, please have a 3rd inspector, visit your homesite every week (if you can), and DO NOT move into your until everything has been fixed before you close.

Aaron the ceilings are grand, it keeps your eye up, however the kitchen is small. There’s hardly no counter space. Overall it’s decorated beautifully!🩵Love the bathrooms and the backyard is exceptional! 2nd Home lots of rooms, but nothing extra! Now that Perry Home 🥰 yea I saw your expression 😂. The quality is just Grand and Materials are of excellence….I Love those glass siding doors!🤎 3rd My favorite is David Weekly😮 Superb 🤎💋4th Loveeee the Westin the Bomb💣🤍Thanks for Sharing🙏🏼
