Although I love Highland Homes, Perry is my second favorite. You are so right about Perry homes not sacrificing on space. Drees would be my dream home but I have awhile before I am ready to step up into that price range but its beautiful 😍
Can’t go wrong with a Perry and same friend lol. That Drees is a dream 🥰. But I’m here when you’re ready. No matter the price point: aaronlathan.prgtexas.net/buyer-consultation
Love the information that you provide. I live in Chicago. I have family in Meridiana. After visiting them, I've been thinking about moving there. Not quite ready but I love the area!
This community is high on our list for our move. I’m actually curious about flood plane issues. Has the area experienced any of that? It’s the only concern that has placed this as our #2 choice.
They didn’t flood during Harvey and we didn’t have any water issues from Beryl. Had torrential downpours for like 8 hours. As soon as it stopped raining we were able to drive in the neighborhood. But as I tell all of my clients I’m gonna push a generator and flood insurance anywhere you buy.
So it currently looks like the original pool is open year round while the wave pool and lazy river have a season. The original pool doesn’t have a lifeguard so it’s a swim at your own risk situation.
Those are different layouts by Highland Homes. They’ve got detailed plans on their website to see the differences. I’ve also filmed them a few times on my channel.
I kept hearing really bad thing about the HOA and the amenities not working or being unavailable is this still true was looking at the 70-80 lots for the affordability.
That hasn’t been my experience. Only issue we had was getting our cards initially. They seem to be pretty proactive about items that are down and update us weekly on things corrected. Which builder were you looking at?
@jonathansequeira5025 nice. The most affordable 70-80’ products I’ve seen. Sandeep is a good guy. Let me know if I can help. aaronlathan.prgtexas.net/buyer-consultation

Are the pools open year round or do they close for winter?
So it currently looks like the original pool is open year round while the wave pool and lazy river have a season. The original pool doesn’t have a lifeguard so it’s a swim at your own risk situation.
Hi thanks for the great info. What hospital is near by?
There’s a couple hospital systems just north of us in Pearland
Did things ever get straightened out with your HOA issues?
Yea all good. We’re official lol
@@timothycoster8113 tell me how you really feel 🤣. I’m not jaded by the HOA yet
Please can you excuse explain what 215, 220 and 222 plans are.

What county is this community located in Fort Bend or Brazoria???
Brazoria
Does it flood there?
No issues that I’m aware of. I believe construction was just getting started around Harvey times though. No issues since then.
What does 2-2-2 and 2-2-4 mean?
Those are Highland Homes floor plans 222 and 224
Where is the closest Trader Joe’s from this location?
I’d imagine Trader Joe’s in Sugar Land. But we don’t shop there so I’ve never been. The rest are in the middle of the city of Houston.
If you don’t want to spend on a home right now Meridiana has townhomes in the back of the property.
Yup. Options for nearly everyone here.
I like the 55+ community. I would fit right in.
Pay a little extra to get double the amenities. It’s a nice addition ☺️
Hay aaron I see you got in gym😅
Official like a ref with a whistle 🤣
