@@rmmoss3800 correct I'm a realtor licensed for Texas so I could but I don't work in places outside my metro. I don't advise on any areas or property types I'm not familiar with. Only thing I know is Dallas is generally 50-100K higher than Houston other than that I'd be useless up there lol

Although they don’t have a defined 55+ community I believe it’d be a solid option for the footprint of the home. An alternative with wide lots down south would also be Meridiana.
