I tend to avoid saying prices because they change so aggressively here but I’ll do a better job of giving a range on the next videos I film out in the burbs 👋🏽☺️
We haven’t decided yet. It’s not completely built out. They’ve just opened a completely new model home park. So they’ll have a few more years most likely. There’s trails and walk ways throughout. Usually near or around their water features. Looking to build out that way?
