Can you speak on Houston property taxes and what future home owners can expect ?
Pretty straightforward here. Stuff outside of the city is usually between 3.2-3.6%. Goes down over time as MUD bonds are paid down in the community. Schools and MUD taxes usually make up 2-2.5%. In the city you don’t have the mud tax so you’re usually in the low 2s before any exemptions you qualify for.
