Love your content. Just came across your videos a few weeks ago. I live in Katy and wondering if you’ve checked out Sunterra. I’d love your take on that new community.
Ok, I was looking through your videos. Guess I missed it. Because there are so many builders over there, I’ve been trying to see 1) which is the best bang for your buck and if 2) there’s anything 2000+ that’s still less than 400K (that might be a miracle in this market). Trying to figure out if it’s worth moving deeper into Katy. I’m in my 1st home and soon after we purchased end of 2021, I knew it didn’t have enough space for our family to grow
Love the tour, I first saw Jubilee in Hockley about a month ago. My family and I are interested Jubilee just because of the amenities. We're looking forward working with you.
Glad to hear! So is jubilee your top contender? Or are you still checking out other communities in the area? And I’m here whenever you’re ready. Here’s a link to my calendar 😎 : aaronlathan.prgtexas.net/buyer-consultation
@@Nickbonoconnie03 nice! That free generator is a pretty sweet deal right now also. I wonder how long they’ll run that one if it has good traction for them
You are doing a wonderful job Aaron in explaining the ends and outs of the real estate agent world. I like house #1 - the grey exterior home and #2 - yoga studio/courtyard is really nice. Not in the market and live in another state current but will keep you in mind for others no doubt. Really enjoy you and beautiful family
#Replay. I finally got a chance to view the full video. 😊 First, thanks for sharing valuable knowledge (example, why you should have a Real Estate Agent when purchasing new construction). 2nd, I liked the Newmark Presido 2-story home. That retreat/yoga room is nice..😊 3rd...no I haven't contacted you yet, but you're on the top of my list when we're ready to make that move.😊
I really love the courtyard feature by Newmarket. This feature is very important to me. Homes like this one drive where i will live in Houston. I would like to move to Houston within the next 8 months or less.
It was a little tight being a 45’ product but about the same space as another patio in between the bonus room and the house. When I sell one out there I’ll swing by that model again. ☺️
The Presidio by Newmark homes is a beautiful plan home, especially with the courtyard...I have a question can that home be built in Katy TX sir...Thank you
Looks like that plan was added to the plan list in Elyson. Let’s connect so we make sure we’re getting you the best deal out there ☺️: aaronlathan.prgtexas.net/buyer-consultation
I’d imagine Newmark would allow some minor tweaks but you’d be limited to the size lot. If you wanted a much bigger area you’d likely need to step up to the larger lot homes.
@@aaronlathan which communities have same style builds?. I actually went to see this home if only it was 3000 sqft plus the studio, we fell in love with the style compared to Perry homes which are really nice but very generic looking from the outside.
All of their larger lot communities have a courtyard home (Elyson, Bridgeland etc) for example. This is my first time seeing a courtyard on a product this narrow. So you’d likely find a sweet spot in a place like the Highlands or Sienna that has a 50’ product depending on your budget.
Those are fairly common room sizes for homes under 3000 sf. I’d say they felt ok in person but at the end of the day it is a 45’ product so you’re not gonna have all of the spaces they give you and large rooms.
I feel only builders under or equald 50ft are cheap. There are the thing I do not like in this Phase is 50ft lots and 60ft lots in the same section (block) where the cheapest house is $390k (Chesmar) and expensive house more than $700k (Perry, Westin) The other thing, the deep of standard lot is 120ft for 60ft lot. Look some Perry inventory homes sit on lot 60x120ft and back yard only less than 20ft left. Then set back 7ft. How to build the pool in 13ft left lol. I think it should be at least 125ft deep by default for 60ft lots
Makes sense. I’ve seen pool companies get pretty creative but I understand. Compared to the surrounding areas though these prices are a tad lower though. Which builders are you most interested in?
@@quanglonghuynh that makes sense! When I asked the teams if they were getting 70 and 80' products they didn't seem to believe they were. Is Perry going that big in Jubilee?
Most builders have that as an add option on builds. But it’s fairly rare on inventory homes being 95-105 degrees for 80% of the year lol. Many models will showcase the electric ones though
