The place we’re going to for part 3 has Toll Brothers. But a community where Toll Brothers is the primary builder is a little out of our range 🤣. But I accept that blessing for our future
The house are nice. The last one not so much though. I’m disappointed that the neighbors are so close. Are there any communities where each house has an acre or so apart? What are the HOA fees?
I’ve seen one community like that super far out from Houston. The suburbs unfortunately aren’t really set up that way. If you want land you’ll sacrifice amenities and convenience to be in a more rural location. You’re gonna have about 10’ of separation in most of our communities here because they follow the master planned community model. Fees vary depending on section. But most are less than $2K a year
We’re leaning home school for a number of reasons. That could happen anywhere though. Especially in a country where g*ns have more rights than people. Gotta say a prayer and push forward.
@curiojabu yea I like Houston. I’m from the South though (Louisiana) and grew up around hunters so g*ns don’t really freak me out. Just kind of a part of culture down here.

@@aaronlathan 😂😂😂 I completely understand. I’m going to send you a text next week regarding Toll Brothers in Sienna. Appreciate you!
Sounds good 😎👍🏽
Wish the best to you and your family. You both are realistic about what you could do with and without and still thrive.

I don’t think I follow you. What do you mean?
Honestly, aren't you concerned about sending your daughter to school after Texas school shootings and gun obsession?

@@aaronlathan right. Love the videos I am in MA and would love to relocate but the gun stuff is scary. Are you happy there overall?
