I use 16 by 8 its the most convenient window, and its been 2 years i eat every thing on my eating window cakes meetha infact i started it for eating sweets and not gaining weight and can easily maintain weight because i couldn't resist sweets @iamuroosasiddiqui
Actually it's 17 hours sometimes it becomes 18 hours i did not eat after 6 pm and than next day my breakfast at 11 or 12

Hi Aroosa thank you for sharing this. I have started this just over a month ago and I can SEE my clothes are getting lose on my even though the scale hasn't moved a bit 🙃. I do similar to what you do and also try to walk for 30 mins. I am also planning to do some exercises as well to reduce a little bit more weight. INSHA ALLAH

Very well explained even a professional dietition cannot do this, i have taken diet plans 4 times but was not able to implement because their hourly snacks munching plus weekly groceries and ended up getting demotivated , i am 70 kgs right now definately going to incorporate all these points from tomorrow insha Allah , will give feed back insha Allah you have given enough motivation to start from tomorrow

One thing I wanna add, please don't mind, mango k sath koi or fruit bohat zyda sugar consumption hojyega, pisty badam sab k ghr mein hoty hai mango k upar wo sprinkle kr k kha skty hain. Ya plain yogurt with mango without adding sugar.

Hey i have started it (18 to 24 hrs sometimes) with pure keto plus low carb ( occasionally) from last month inorder to reverse my diabetic n what i have noticed in a month that it surprisingly working for my fatty liver Alhamdulilah....

One meal a day with sunnah fasting of monday n Thursday.
24 hours fasting from Saturday evening to Sunday evening.
1st meal: olive oil 2 Tbspn n some olives. eggs, Nuts n with some low glycemic fruit.
2 meal. Meat ' salad bowl n curd.
ACv in water. After dinner
Zeera meethi kalonji ka pani or send a between 2 meals.
No coldrinks at all.
Meat includes
Chicken mutton beef fish.
Chops brain liver qeema n bone broth.
Salad
Veggies berries some fruits
Lobia n chana form.
Use only desi ghee n mustard oil for cooking.
I m not sugar lover since childhood but dibetes is in my gene so m diabetics that's y no craving of sweet but if u r craving for it go magnesium n potassium based subs. Thank you.

I always take darcheeni and black pepper in warm water in the morning.
I have to loose 12 more kgs sometimes it feels difficult. But i am gonna do it.

I started with that . And shared now I take Acv or plain water .
When u start take small steps and not get overwhelmed I did the same .

I started intermittent fasting last bakra eid.. loose almost 8 to 9 kg ... Alhamdlillah
. I have hypothyroidism and i tried ao many thing to get rid of my weight and I loose .. but intermittent fasting help me to healthy life style

@@iamuroosasiddiquiin weekends I prefer one meal in a day. With portion diet style. And on weekdays I prefer 20/4 meal system. Also 4 to 5 thousand steps and 15 /20 minutes simple exercises for daily basis.

@@masoodch.4921 nothing special.. bus mein fasting Karti hon sab khati hon Sirf sugar chhora hai.. cooking oil kam use Karti hon.. preserved food kammkiya hai bahir ki cheezin band ki hain.. Ghar ka saf Khana .. fasting... Aur 5000 step din mein ek bar .. 10 15 min. K liye walk.
