Assalamualaikum i lost my 30 kg in 8 mnths Alhamdulillah i maintained it when i started weight loss journey i lost 8 kg in 1 mnth at home then i started gym & i lost 8 kg in just 22 days then i know its diet is not good i loss my hair my body is soo weak everytime i feel wekness then i started healthy life style now Alhamdulillah its going smooth ❤❤ i love how uh xplain for new commers kaash muje bhi phlay pata hota ye sb but i learnt soo much from uh i chia seeds i started turmeric milk with black pepper its soo good & ur craving video helps me alot thankuh soo much❤

If you are going to the gym then you would certainly do weight training which helps you build muscle which weigh equal to fats. You certainly don’t get what you want. Either you want to lose water weight or fats.if you are loosing inches then don’t worry about the numbers on scale. Stay healthy
