I would suggest to make short video every day sharing what I eat in a day and how much physical activity you are doing in a day, this may motivate you and people like me who have got stuck and wanted to restart. May be try for 1 week. Also, give yourself small goals, for example staying active and eating healthy for 1 week, then next week and so on. We all need motivation from each other, you are the main motivator for all of us. Lots of love ❤
I thought of starting my weight loss journey on recording and saving it on instagram as a journal or something.... Nae hota hai... I am not a camera person... Personally I am very ambitious so I am active on linkedin where I share my career/professional journey... but I, too, lack motivation and because of procrastination and laziness I have nothing but gained immense amount of weight... I can relate to every single word that you said. Last year i lost 20 kgs and within a year I gained back 10 kgs. and I kept giving myself excuses like you. "I will start in ramzan" "I will start after eid" etc etc. Literally today I decided that enough is enough and I need to reclaim my health back and SubhanAllah I came across your video. Few tips from me. Intermittent fasting really helped me on my weight loss journey. I almost never let it go, even when I am not following a strict diet, I still do my intermittent fast and only eat within my eating window, secondly, I don't completely give up on my favorite dishes, I only reduce the quantity and third would be to discover the healthy or diet-friendly foods that you actually enjoy eating so that way dieting won't seem like a punishment to you. The book "Atomic Habits" really emphasizes the importance of small but consistent actions. Best of luck to you :)

At 45kg I was the happiest I'd ever been loving and caring for my body. But after experiencing trauma I stopped taking care of myself gained 20kg in a few months and felt miserable. I gained the weight to please someone who said I was too thin and when they left I realized the damage I'd done. I struggled with cravings, depression, and portion control, but eventually I started focusing on myself again. Over time i learned to manage my cravings and with discipline I began a healthier diet. I remind myself that I simply can’t eat unhealthy food every day. Even when the cravings hit I cry if I have to but I stay strong. It’s all about training my mind as they say the power of the subconscious. Now I am 48 still 3kgs to loose. Struggling because it's a forever struggle. Soo stay motivated girlllyyyy. You said you wait for different times to pass and them you'll start Rather than wait, set goal that you will loose weight before this event. 2. Start easy. One thing at a time. You are eating healthy. Start walking whenever you feel. Even within home 3. Start to meal preparation one week ahead. Akhtar bhai is such a help. 4. Do one thing a day which you love. it can be dancing, eating your fav thing, play with Hamza. 5. Start having a morning drink. Green tea or coffee to suppress sugar or carbs craving. Be easy on yourself

You have such a cute personality. Its okay to not be in mood to stay on track. This is my 4th time losing my 8-10kgs in the last 14 years. First time i lost it for my wedding then gained it back with my first child. I lost all the kgs n got back to my pre-baby weight but then after second child i couldnt lose it at all until i actually started working out. Before that i never worked out, just cut down my calories and it always worked. So i also started my journey with cardio, 10k steps a day etc... and it actually took me 9 months to again go from 68kg to 58kg. And at last gained all the kgs back after Covid19time sitting home with kids. I never had a weighing machine at home because i always encouraged myself to fit back to my old clothes. This time i gained weight and didnt even realise - started watching your videos as well and guess what... after stepping on this stupid weighing machine i realised that i gained all the 10kgs back :(.... this hit me so hard that i immediately printed my old calorie chart and started portion control and pushed myself to do 20min cardio and 10k+ steps per day. i also bought a weighing machine and it feels amazing seing the numbers come down. But this time i decited to not workout for my weight only but for my health sake. I can see my dad being active and looking so young while my mum is younger n looking older because she doesnt move around at all. Moving body with housework, walking, cardio etc or playing football with kids and just staying some active is part of life and shouldnt be only done for weightloss. There are days when i dont want anyone to talk to me and just be left alone without moving an inch but after those days i push myself harder for exercise and healthy meals because the feeling AFTER is just so satifisfying :)

At 45kg I was the happiest I'd ever been loving and caring for my body. But after experiencing trauma I stopped taking care of myself gained 20kg in a few months and felt miserable. I gained the weight to please someone who said I was too thin and when they left I realized the damage I'd done. I struggled with cravings, depression, and portion control, but eventually I started focusing on myself again. Over time i learned to manage my cravings and with discipline I began a healthier diet. I remind myself that I simply can’t eat unhealthy food every day. Even when the cravings hit I cry if I have to but I stay strong. It’s all about training my mind as they say the power of the subconscious.
Now I am 48 still 3kgs to loose. Struggling because it's a forever struggle. Soo stay motivated girlllyyyy.

1. Set small goals. You said you wait for different times to pass and them you'll start
Rather than wait, set goal that you will loose weight before this event.
2. Start easy. One thing at a time. You are eating healthy. Start walking whenever you feel. Even within home
3. Start to meal preparation one week ahead. Akhtar bhai is such a help.
4. Do one thing a day which you love. it can be dancing, eating your fav thing, play with Hamza.
5. Start having a morning drink. Green tea or coffee to suppress sugar or carbs craving. Be easy on yourself

You have such a cute personality. Its okay to not be in mood to stay on track. This is my 4th time losing my 8-10kgs in the last 14 years. First time i lost it for my wedding then gained it back with my first child. I lost all the kgs n got back to my pre-baby weight but then after second child i couldnt lose it at all until i actually started working out. Before that i never worked out, just cut down my calories and it always worked. So i also started my journey with cardio, 10k steps a day etc... and it actually took me 9 months to again go from 68kg to 58kg. And at last gained all the kgs back after Covid19time sitting home with kids. I never had a weighing machine at home because i always encouraged myself to fit back to my old clothes. This time i gained weight and didnt even realise - started watching your videos as well and guess what... after stepping on this stupid weighing machine i realised that i gained all the 10kgs back :(.... this hit me so hard that i immediately printed my old calorie chart and started portion control and pushed myself to do 20min cardio and 10k+ steps per day. i also bought a weighing machine and it feels amazing seing the numbers come down. But this time i decited to not workout for my weight only but for my health sake. I can see my dad being active and looking so young while my mum is younger n looking older because she doesnt move around at all. Moving body with housework, walking, cardio etc or playing football with kids and just staying some active is part of life and shouldnt be only done for weightloss. There are days when i dont want anyone to talk to me and just be left alone without moving an inch but after those days i push myself harder for exercise and healthy meals because the feeling AFTER is just so satifisfying :)

Also I lost 16 kg in the last 6 months through portion control and regular 10K steps through the help of a nutritionist and I'm still looking forward to lose 4 more kgs while being a working women 9-5.
