A couple years ago I found a new Epiphone ES Les Paul. It's a semihollow shaped like a Les Paul, but it has the electronics from an ES335. I really like it. It's much better than I'll ever play. ! I like your band. !! Guess it comes from my Woodstock days !!! Thanks for this info. 👍

Yeah, having some form of Gantt chart, even if it is as simple as a calendar, can do wonders for scheduling out any project. I don't know how many times I told my wife to make herself a simple Gantt chart for her hectic work schedule. I sort of thought that you were using your phone as a camera. The few times you had Becky helping you we got shots of her filming with a phone. I was pretty sure you were using clip on microphones, but I didn't realize they were that inexpensive now. 😳 It is amazing how technology has changed. I used to have a little clip on mic that broadcast on FM so you could tune your radio to it. Sort of like what the drive in theaters ended up using. Anyway, used it for Halloween. Had the speakers on my roof and the mike clipped inside my mask, would greet the kids as they came up the driveway. Also had a cassette tape of spooky noises. Would switch between the cassette and the FM channel. Now I have a piezo speaker I tape on my front window and just use sound clips on my laptop. Things change, but I still love Halloween. Phones do make it easier

Probably should be noted that iPhone doesn't play with Windows well. And after the last update it is even worse. Luckily, I can drop a file from the iPhone directly to my editing software. I am at the point right now that I want to go back to my old Sony camera. I did the bulk of my videos with zero drama using that camera. Two problems it's not 4k and I broke the charging port. On the other hand, I like the GoPro, and I know lots of creators use them with seemingly little issues. I can say from experience the Hero 10 Black is garbage. But I like the camera angle. So, I'm not sure what direction to go in. RAWK!!

Thanks Mike. That gives an insight to what all goes into your videos. Keeping it simple definitely helps with time management. There are only so many hours in the day and it seems they are all booked with you with all of the projects. Keep up the great work!

I was going to comment about this a while ago, but since you're working on that area in this episode, I'll mention it now. I would've thought that mounting the battery (with spark potential) right next to the fuel cell (with gas vapor potential) would not be a good idea. However, you have far more experience than I, so it must be safe. 🤷

Would sand blasting have been a viable alternative to clean that bulkhead? I apologize for my necromancy. I'm not caught up yet.

My car & truck are outside. So I'm waiting for the 20" of snow to melt !!! So I've been ordering small parts that I know I'll need. Fuel lines, scotch brite pads, various types of electrical connectors.

I only have one worry and that is the wood absorbing moisture and warping and delaminating and the staples rusting and working loose. I'm thinking that the wood should have been treated with something or maybe painted first to prevent moisture soaking in. You did mention he is taking the seat off and storing it out of the wet, so it may not be an issue. 🤞 I was also wondering what you would treat the vinyl with to prevent it from cracking when Summer rolls around. I'm guessing some sort of vinyl treatment. Since it is all weather, I'm guessing the manufacturer recommends something. Just thinking ahead so he doesn't have them bleaching in the sun and cracking right away. Something to put on the calendar for next May or June. Until next time. I've been a maintenance engineer, mainly in automated machinery, electro-mechanical work, 3 phase electrics in production and manufacturing. I recently interviewed at a leader in its field and was introduced to the engineers. I QUICKLY realised these guys could weld, fabricate and machine as well as the job I was going to be doing. I was in awe, they were PROPER guys ha. It made me realise how underskilled I was in this field and here I am feeling like a school kid a bit embarrassed at the sheer arrogance in my own abilities! Thanks guys Im keen to go back to basics and appreciate the videos.
