I love the colours of your Advent too, just a stunning range. There has been no KMart here for probably 20 years, no Woolworths, No Zellers , no Bay and no Target 😪. Walmart moved in and killed off some of them off sadly, I miss Target and Zellers even though they carried similar stock. I hope your back heals up well and the exercise helps you strengthen I’ve had back surgery and have suffered from nerve pain since , so annoying.

It was such a pleasure to knit it, to see the colours changed and it's never boring even if we have at the end a lot of stitches. It's really a meditative project. What a lovely garden you have. I have just come in from doing early morning watering as we are forecast to have 41 in Melbourne. The birds appreciate the cool drink. Good weather to get some knitting or sewing done inside in the cool.

The Pittosporums are great fast growing screening shrubs and yours are looking great. Everything has grown so much. We’re forecast for 42c today, lucky I’m not working today so apart from a much needed nail appointment early, I will be inside in the air conditioning 🥵 (already 26.6 at 9am 🤯)

Oh My, things grow so fast there ,it’s great to see the trees get producing so young👍🏼 I hope they all make it through the hot season okay. My parents had a large berry bush in the garden and every year it was a race to get them picked at the right time before the birds could strip the whole thing in a day and flop around drunk on the ground😂🤣. I have two Habitation throws on the needles; one is just random minis in my collection and the other is from my advent exchange last year. This year I'm using the "14 Color Wrap" pattern by Virginia Sattler-Reimer for my self-made yarn advent. Have some of the other lovely patterns you showed in my library; hoping to make them one day. I love your habitation throw especially with the white rows separating the colours. I have knit the zig zag zen blanket and I have to say that I loved every stitch of it and the process- made me totally happy🧶 and I loved every stitch the finished blanket
