Your train journey looks so lovely! And such a perfect time to knit 🧶 I’m in cold, gray eastern Washington in the US, and it is always so amazing to me to see the beautiful summer weather down there this time of year. 🎄☀️
We love train travel great way to see the countryside and yes lots of knitting !, I lose last years MKAL on our USA train trip!! enjoy your Melbourne getaway
I enjoyed your train ride vicariously! Funny that I was just thinking about how much fun that would be when you mentioned that 12 hours is a long time to sit in one place 😅 Enjoy your visit!
I am now even more excited for my train trip to Adelaide next year after watching your vlog and will definitely remember your tip about bringing a powerbank!
My Dad started out as a train station master, we lived in train stations until I was 11 and heard trains outside my bedroom window all times of the day and night till I was 11. We moved to a big city then which was culture shock from this country kid 😂. Looks like you had a lovely trip and they fed you well. Nice to spend time with family and friends. 🙋🏼♀️
Hello really enjoyed discovering part of your country on your way to Melbourne by train ❤ here in France it's the start of winter with grey sky and cold wind : ideal weather you would say for knitting...A demain ❤
As I write this comment, I had just opened TH-cam and thought I'll watch one of your vlogmas episodes. I'm currently on the Overland train and just about to arrive back in Adelaide! My second trip, and yes I agree with you, it desperately needs to update, particularly with charging docks. Anyway, I too started a Love Note last week before my trip and had been meaning to make one for a while now, and was so surprised when you showed your project on this episode. It looks fabulous. I'm making mine out of Isager Highland and Fyberspates Cumulus in marled pink. So that's snap for two things the same. 😊 Enjoy your trip in Melbs.
Thank you so much for sharing, and I hope your trip back to Adelaide was good! And yay for the Love Note, its such a lovely pattern and wearable piece, my winter one is one of my faves and your yarn combination sounds divine!
@@FibreBound Thanks Ally. I'm hoping one day to meet you in person. Maybe at a Yarn Trader cinema night next year. I haven't managed to get to one yet due to other commitments. Here's hoping for 2025 though!
Lovely thanks so much for sharing 🎄🍒
