Welcome to Bottoms Down Chair Yoga. I’m Carol and I’m happy you’ve chosen to spend this time together to stretch, lengthen and strengthen your body.
This 40 minute yoga practice is class 10 of our 30 class yoga journey together. Join us as we build our practice from the ground up. We warm up gently and center our work on our breath and mindful movements to build strength and improve focus.
You’ll only need a chair. We’ll stay seated the entire time.
