I’ve been doing Mindful Mondays for a few days and finally on Monday! I’m going to try to go back to the be active series next. I like this one and since I haven’t worked since 2007 Mondays don’t have as much meaning as they used to I think I will continue with this series each week. Thanks for another great series! I find myself doing Mindful Mondays on Sundays! A wonderful way to wind down the week and weekend!
