  • Chair Yoga Active Class Challenge - Seated. In today’s practice, we’ll explore poses for our challenge for a deeper stretch including seated Gate pose. You’ll only need a chair for today’s class.
    Welcome to Bottoms Down Chair Yoga. I’m Carol and I’m happy you’ve chosen to spend this time together to stretch, lengthen and strengthen your body.
    This 30 minute yoga practice is class 6 of our 30 class yoga journey together. Many yoga poses focus on lengthening our body. We’ll hold our poses a little longer and get even deeper into these lengthening movements. We warm up gently and center our work on our breath and mindful movements to build strength and improve focus.
    You’ll only need a chair. We’ll stay seated the entire time.
