  • Chair Yoga - Warrior Poses - More Seated, Some Standing. In today’s practice, we’ll explore Sun Salutation and Warrior poses. You’ll need a chair and a block for today’s class. You can substitute a big book for the block, or just do the class without it.
    Welcome to Bottoms Down Chair Yoga. I’m Carol and I’m happy you’ve chosen to spend this time together with me warming up to stretch, lengthen and strengthen your body.
    This 52 minute yoga practice includes Sun Salutation and Warrior poses. Sun Salutations are a great way to ease yourself into a yoga practice, opening up areas of the body and leaving you feeling more balanced. Warrior poses will help boost your strength, flexibility and balance. We warm up gently and center our work on our breath and mindful movements to build strength and focus mindfully.
    You’ll need a chair and a block (or substitute). We’ll start seated and move to a standing position and return to seated.
