  • Chair Yoga - Mindful Mondays - More Seated, Some Standing. Practicing mindful yoga presents a great opportunity to reset and create a peaceful feeling. In today’s practice, we’ll explore standing twist pose. You’ll only need a chair.
    Welcome to Bottoms Down Chair Yoga. I’m Carol and I’m happy you’ve chosen to spend this time together with me warming up to stretch, lengthen and strengthen your body.
    This 28 minute yoga practice includes gentle poses as we focus on mindfulness. Tap into the power of your mind, body and breath connection as you ease yourself into your day with a yoga practice to open up the body and leave you feeling more balanced. We warm up gently and center our work on our breath and mindful movements to build strength and focus mindfully.
    You’ll need a chair. We’ll start seated and move to a standing position and return to seated.
