I have social anxiety myself and it’s very difficult to deal with on a daily basis, you wouldn’t truly understand if you haven’t been through it yourself. The only proper way to deal with such issues is to put yourself in social situations and just deal with them, at first you’ll find it difficult but overtime you’ll slowly overcome it. Rather than running away from the situation you need to learn to handle it. You need to move outside your comfort zone to go into the growth zone where you actually find purpose and conquer your objectives.
Thats a very good advice, I also suffer from extreme social anxiey and I recently came across this book called you are not your brain. DAWAH MAN!!!! Maybe you should take some course/workshop near you about social services, so you can have *some* knowledge on these types of social issues and others, and you can help people with this small amount of knowledge you may gain from a workshop as well as with the Quran and Sunnah. If the workshop/course thing doesn't seem doable, please do your own research on common mental issues so you understand how people like this brother feel and you can give them legitimate advice. You need to tell people suffering with issues like this brother to seek professional help from a psychologist or psychologist or something.

You actually went about this in a really efficient amazing way but social anxiety is a disorder. Anxiety does not necessarily have to be clinical it can just be a feeling and that’s what people that struggle to wear hijab or overcome certain things struggle with. They are not the same!! What you should have said alongside your points (although they were great) is go to therapy! If he had a physical condition you’d tell him to go to see the GP. Your points were great though I think you helped him a lot.
What if you get out of your comfort zone to connect with people and it reinforces the limiting belief instead of helping you overcome it? For example, what if this brother starts interacting with more people and someone actually calls him annoying?
My advice to the brother is to first make Dua to Allah to make it easy for him and also to find the real reason why he has this. Now I tell you why , basically I think it could be a result of sins so he should come with repentance and secondly I think it would be wise for him to do self Ruqyah Read surah Al baqarah Daily. Hearing him and the way he responded seems like he's down and might have slight negative thoughts. This is just my advice base of myself and other people I know which is why I'm suggesting Ruqyah.

I have severe social anxiety. I'm 38 years old and still unmarried and still a virign. It's painful. I've been to CBT therapy and take medications but it doesn't help.
Find islam and honestly everything will change. I also have social anxiety but in islam it teaches you that society and what society thinks has absolutely zero importance in our lives, we follow our lord and our lord only we do not become slaves to society
@@ihsan2837 I’m already a muslim, Alhamdullilah.
@@ihsan2837 I do not care about society at all. My issues are rather psychological and I’m at war with myself. It’s not in my control. I’ve done everything you could think of…
@@ihsan2837 The fact that I’m 38 years old and still unmarried is painful. It is destroying me so bad mentally and I cry a lot because of it. Seems like I didn’t deserve love. I have younger siblings and all of them are married and have kids Alhamdullilah. I’m happy for them but at the same time I wish I had the same time. Now, I’m impotent and cannot satisfy anyone even if I get married.
@@youtuber9409 May Allah make it easy for you brother. Praise Allah no matter what.
Abu Bakr Faaam. Thought out your Boi bruv.

Jimmy seem like nice guy though Mashallah.🤣👌
TAWHID DURING TESTING TIMES
The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said to Asma bint 'Umays:
Should I not teach you some words you should say during anxiety? Say:
"Allah, Allah is my Lord, I worship none besides Him."
[Sunnan Abi Dawud]
Ah yes a partial Jimmy reveal 😂. Poor boy, he needs an extra hand to get back to everyones email. Can't blame him.
On topic anxiety isn't ain't great. I'm sure everyone experience this. I try and think to myself if it's anxiety due to the unknown future of something like a job interview I think to myself Allah has everything planned for us. Also good to be proactive and keep busy. Not doing anything especially during lockdown is not great for our mental health as it gives Shaitan a way to get into our heads with overthinking and stress.
Jimmy, Jimmy.
He was talking about social anxiety
Please brother this again is an extremely informative and helpful video but no subtitles. My son is partially deaf and is going through therapy because of this problem I really want him to listen
What about the social anxiety of feeling anxious being in the presence of strangers epically the opposite gender.
جزاكم الله خيرا
اسلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركته.

Subhanallah
Alhamdulilah
I have severe social anxiety too cause by selective mutism
@@rahatahmed6188 I'm not even scared of talking. It's just I can't talk at all, my mind won't let me, it's like my vocabulary disappears when I'm expected to talk, so I just avoid everyone.
Wow, im a muslim teenager suffering from social anxiety too
You actually went about this in a really efficient amazing way but social anxiety is a disorder.
13:03 some nice descriptions allahuma barik😂😂👌
Which month has our brother Jimmy reached regarding the emails? Like are the emails Jimmy responds to from March, April, May etc?
I think brother Imran has already done alot of naseeha sessions which he hasn't posted yet.
What if you get out of your comfort zone to connect with people and it reinforces the limiting belief instead of helping you overcome it? For example, what if this brother starts interacting with more people and someone actually calls him annoying?
How’s this brother going masjid during lockdown
Take notes
Im not alone 😢
Abu bakr get your boy in check
You know
My advice to the brother is to first make Dua to Allah to make it easy for him and also to find the real reason why he has this.
I would never do that
Abu Bakr, this is an official complaint: Your subordinate, Jimmy, is not responding to the emails, Help him get his priorities straight😉
Fix him up Akhi🤣👌
OFFICIAL COMPLAINT : Jimmy isn’t responding to the emails
That’s right, he need to be sorted out.
His a nice guy though Mashallah 🤣👌

If you suffer from social anxiety or any type of anxiety, worry, depression, anger or addiction I recommend you to read this book: You are not your brain. This book tells about how the brain sends deceptive brain messages and how they can actually take over your thoughts and ruin your life. This book has helped many people and Inshaa Allah it will help you as well.
