Tom Yum Fried Rice ข้าวผัดต้มยำ
Ingredients
1.5 cup of cooked rice
1/4 cup of cut baby corn (vegetable of your choice)
1/2 of yellow onion
1/4 cup of chicken slices
1/4 cup of squid (Sotong)
1 egg
1/4 tsp of salt
1.5 tbsp of tom yum paste
1 tbsp of fish sauce
1/2 tbsp of sugar
5 pieces of kaffir lime leaves
1 red chilli
2 red birds eye chilli
2 stalks of spring onion
2 stalks of Chinese parsley
It’s hot nowadays. Perfect dish when you crave Tom Yum but don’t wanna be drinking it’s hot soup coz you’re already sweating! 😆
